It's fifteen years after that day in the woods. Caroline is the number one diagnostician in the country. When Hope gets sick, Klaus comes seeking her for help. How will she react to seeing him after so long, and to meeting his teenage daughter?
This one is fun for me because Caroline gets to be all smart and medically and she's a little more relaxed around Klaus since they've already hooked up and she's away from all her whiney "friends" *cough cough Elena*. (: Still, there's tension and a love story arc (:
The Once Upon a Time one:
In the Enchanted Forest, Caroline is the Evil Queen who terrorizes a small village rumored to be hiding the bandit Elena Gilbert, who is now using the alias of Snow White. She suspects a young couple, Bonnie and Kol, are the culprits but she is distracted by Kol's handsome brother, Klaus, who has stirred something long forgotten in her heart.
