*We learned to live and then* Our freedom came to an end We have to break down this wall Too young to live a lie Look into my eyes - Tokio Hotel
It wasn't exactly the end of the world. Not that amazing ,no everyone wasn't suffering. Just those chosen few who were unlucky enough to look into sun on that particular day. The day their old lives ended and their new ones began. Derrick Harrington remembered that time very clearly. It had been the last day of his childhood. He'd been carefree, light hearted, just a normal 16 year old kid with a normal life. The sky, which had been bright and cloud free all day was darkening. And when Derrick happened to glance up at the unexpected eclipse, he never imagined what would come next. And god, who would want to?

She wasn't the only one. She knew that for sure. Alicia Rivera couldn't have been the only person in the world to look up into the sky on that dreadful morning and suffer the consequences. But of course she was the only one in all of Madrid. And of course her parents haaaad to kick her out before the neighbors started getting suspicious. They, like the rest of her family, were very superstitious. And while the rest of the 'chosen ones' ran from their new-found abilities, Alicia Rivera, always doing the opposite, welcomed hers with open arms.

Possessed. That's what everyone had agreed on. Kristen Gregory had simply been taken over by the devil. Why else would she be this way? In the small country town of Akeley, Minnesota the residents had come to a conclusion that the young girl was a demon. Of course they believed that, being the most devoted Christians in the entire Midwest. But unfortunately Supernatural reruns weren't providing much help. Garlic, and prayers wouldn't fix this travesty. Kristen figured it'd be best to skip town before the angry mob showed up at her door.

No one knew. Yet. But that didn't make Griffin Hastings feel any better. If anything he felt even skankier. Well not like in the slutty way. More like he was cheating on everyone. Deceiving them. Lying. He smiles were fake. Not one had been real since the thing. Since he watched all those reports about the 'super humans'. "A threat to National Security" they kept saying. He was a threat to National Security. He was a threat to everyone. He was a threat to himself. A ticking time-bomb of unleashed feelings just dying to come out. Where's a shotgun when you need it?

He wasn't sure what to call it. Rush? Adrenaline? An undeniable surge of power? That strange excited feeling Joshua Hotz got every time he flexed his arms (even steroids didn't work this good). He loved it. No question. It made him feel dangerous. His parents were afraid of him. Those others were crazy. How could they not love what had happened as much as he did? He was like superman. No, better than super man. And way better looking.

Floating under the radar. That's what Skye Hamilton was good at. Blending in. Unnoticed and unseen. But she'd always had quite a temper. Nostrils flaring at the tiniest inconvenience. Eyes slit whenever things didn't go her way. For an invisible girl it was an easy trait to mask. But then, after the eclipse, after she'd changed things were different. And when her temper got the best of her then. Well, that's when she started getting scared. Of herself.
So updating? Yeah, not so good at that. Im re-starting. Again.
Enjoy
And Review.
