Summary: Crossover of NCIS and Criminal Minds

A/N: I upload this story for my nephew; he's only 12 years old so please don't be so angry with him about mistakes. PLEASE REVIEW!

There was an open case and Abby worked in her lab, she waited for the results of the DNA database when she suddenly found a little fiber on the uniform of the killed Navy Commander. She analysed it and it turned out that it is a fiber of McGee's coat. A second later she called Gibbs and he came to the lab to look at the evidence and it really was a fiber of McGee's coat but nobody knew what they should do. When Gibbs told it Ziva and Tony, Agent Fornell came to arrest McGee because the FBI found his fingerprints at the corpse of an undercover agent who was killed in L.A. and they shouldn't investigate the case which soon should be given to the B.A.U.-Team of agent Hotchner. They found the body of the Navy Captain Veitch. Because of this they worked together with the NCIS because a Navy Seals team has been kidnapped. Gibbs said to Fornell that he won't give the case by choice to another team of agents and Tobias answered:

"There is nothing I can't do for you but I can find the real Murderer."

Abby was still waiting for the DNA results and tested the uniform for toxins but it was clean.
When there where the results it was looking like McGee was a murderer and Gibbs had to check the crime scene again but there was nothing.
Somebody was there and defeated all the left exhibits. Agent Hotchner came with his team and they found a hair of the real murderer and brought it to Abby and it turned out that it's the hair of the mafia boss Jimmy Napolitano. Agent Hotchner and his team made a profile about him and then Ziva, Tony, Gibbs, Fornell, Hotchner, Derek Morgan and Spencer Reid went there by their cars. after they had arrived there was a big shootout and then Napolitano tried to kill Ziva and Tony but before he could do that he was arrested by Gibbs. The news in TV said that the FBI and NCIS had arrested a murderer and the NCIS agent Timothy McGee has been disencumbered. Finally Tony said: "At last they have said NCIS. It took ages but they said NCIS." But after Gibbs got coffee he answered: "Yes, so Tim is disencumbered but the Seals are still gone and there is no clue where they could be."

About 20 minutes later Gibbs' mobile rang. One of the seals has been found; dead. After they had arrived at Norfolk Tony asked a material witness at the crime scene who said that he saw a man who was about 1, 80 meters high and had a strong figure coming out of the alley with blood on the pullover. Ducky said to Gibbs: "He isn't longer than 90 minutes dead. He should be killed by a knife and it was a fight to the finish." McGee made the tracing which should give a fast result because it was a full description of the suspect. Two days later was a phone call from the Metropolitan Police Department for Gibbs because they have seen the man. Gibbs and Tony kept the alleged criminal under surveillance while he went to his hide-out and Tony got him and Gibbs searched the house for the Seals. After they had found them and the ambulances arrived Tony and Gibbs brought him to the headquarter to interrogate him and after a while he confessed that he kidnapped the Seals but he disputed that he killed the Seal and said that his twin-brother killed the seal but he was already in Mexico at a beach.
