Summery: Basically Death or Satan talking about Jack… I have no clue where it came from. And it was written in a two hour sitting so… yeah… it's a one-shot and it has a total of 620 words…

It was the kind of death that a man like him deserved.

No. Wait. That came out wrong.

The death that Captain Jack Sparrow had was befitting of him. It was a death of legends. Only that Great of a man would have that Great of a death. It was the stuff tall tales. Not that this was a tale. No. This was a death that befitted Jack very well. It was a grandiose death. Something that matched his eclectic personality and eccentric ways. And yet... it was ironic.

Jack is-was larger than life. He was a legend. He was an enigma cloaked in mystery. Not much was known of Jack; there are no records of him before he appeared years ago with the Black Pearl and a charming smile. His past is shadowed and wrought with dead-ends and misleading information.

He was a man of many legends from his brush with the East India Trading Co. to his miraculous escape from the Port of Nassau. He went against society and did it with flair. So its no surprise that his death was of a thing of myths and just as spectacular as any of his other escapades were.

And that's what his 'death' was. Another escapade of the Infamous Captain Jack Sparrow. There are few men who have successfully managed to escape my grasp and Jack Sparrow is one of them. I know his dirty little secrets. I know his past.

The kind of past that people cringe upon hearing about. He was the sole heir to his father's estate (his father being a famous but 'retired-pirate-turned-respectable' himself)… though he was an illegitimate child of an insane whore. My, what a scandal that caused. Of course Jack left as soon as he could. He left that home at seventeen and was destined for great things the moment he stepped on that ship, the Black Pearl, though it was known as something else before that.

I was always so eager to take him. He was the one that always got away. I swooped in on swift wings always a second too late. But that mattered not to me, I always loved to watch him get out of the messes he somehow got into. He was somewhat of a comedic entertainment for anyone that joined me in watching him with bated breath.

But this was one mess I was certain he would never get out of. Yet once more he of all people has proved me wrong. But it matters not; I'll have Jack Sparrow soon, if not now… soon… I'll have him. Someday I will have him. Him and his precious wife, and their unborn children.

Captain Jack Sparrow. The man of many legends. I know his secrets. I know what the scars on his body are from and where and when he got them. I know the lies he's told, and the people he's cheated. I know every facet of his personality. I know more about him then his wife does. I know the man behind the legends. I know him because I created him. Only I can create a creature of such contradictions. I created him through whispers of influence and dark suggestions. And he caved easily.

He was my greatest creation but my biggest disappointment. But I must say that Jack did very much deserve the death he received. It was very befitting of him to die in such a gruesome and odd manner. And yet… he made it elegant. He, the antihero, leaped into fate and was swallowed whole by the vilest creature of the depths. And he did it with a wolfish grin.

Yes, it was a much deserved and befitting death of Captain Sparrow.
