Matchmaking Karupin

"Karupin? Karupin?"
Ryoma bent down and looked into the space under the house. Just where was Karupin? When he came back home from practice, eh couldn't find his cat at all. He looked up towards the direction of the temple. Karupin didn't run up there, did she? Then his face paled a bit. Did the cat ran out of the house again? He remembered the last time when the cat followed him to school because he accidentally brought the cat's toy along with him. He had spent the whole day in a daze and even skipped practice to search for his cat.
He frowned slightly. He'll go search the temple then go out to search for Karupin if she's not there. Quickly, he ran to the front foor and slipped on his shoes. Sliding the door open, he was about to rush out when he realized someone was standing there.
"Yo, Echizen."
Ryoma blinked and started to slide the door close again.
A hand shot out and stopped the freshman from doing so. "Echizen, is that what you do to your senpai?"
Dropping his hand, Ryoma asked, "What do you want, Momo-senpai?"
Momoshiro grinned. "Look what I've got for you." Karupin popped her head out from her hiding place within Momoshiro's arms. "Your cat ran out again."
"Karupin." Ryoma's sounded a bit surprised. His cat really did ran out. His face relazed and his lips formeda slight smile.
"For some reason, your cat was wandering around near where my house is. You're lucky I recognized your cat."
Ryoma bowed his head slightly. "Domo." He caught Karupin as she jumped from Momohiro towards him.
His senpai ran his hand through his hair while asking, "So what repayment do I get this time?" Last time, he was the one to return Ryoma's cat to him as well and he got a game against Ryoma.
Raising his eyebrow, the younger tennis player questioned, "What do you want, senpai?"
"Can I get anything I want?"
"Che."
"I'm going to take that as a 'yes'."
Ryoma stared at him. "What do you want, senpai?" he repeated.
Momoshiro bent down and pressed his lips on to his kouhai's lips. Almost immediately, he stood back up. "Yoshi, I'll take that as my reward."
Blinking his eyes, Ryoma's hands flew up to his lips while his grip on Karupin tightened slightly. Millions of thoughts ran through his head all at once. Then, all thoughts stopped.
"Ja, Echizen. I'll be going now." The dunk smash played turned around to leave.
Ryoma smirked. "Are you satisfied with that, senpai?"
Momoshiro turned again and raised his eyebrow at his kouhai. "Echizen…"
Taking a step forward, Ryoma sood up on tip-toe, pulled Momoshiro down by tugging on his shirt and pressed his lips on to Momoshiro's. This time, the kiss definitely lasted longer that a fleeting second.
Karupin purred in Ryoma's arms, snuggled a bit before jumping out on to the ground, not want to disturb the two.
When the two broke apart, Momoshiro commented, "Ne, Ryoma. Doesn't it feel like Karupin ran out and came to my house on purpose?"
"Mada mada dane, senpai."
Author's Note: Got this idea after watching the episode "Karupin's Adventure" again…(It's episode 27). I thought it was cute….so I wrote it. I wrote this in Jap class, so a less-than-an-hour work. Hope you guys like it. I adore Karupin…that cat is just soo cute. Is the cat a he or she? I wasn't sure. I'm on a roll these few days when it comes to writing drabbles. How fun. I was so use to writing multi-chaptered stuff…and now I'm writing drabbles! laughs My next drabble is about Fujiryo. Hope I'll update that soon. (If you guys can't tell…I adore Ryoma too.)
