He didn't know why Rory invited him.

He thought she hated him.

Now on his way to her wedding he thought about it.

When he arrived at the Dragonfly he had almost figured it out.

As the wedding started he finally figured it out.

The minister asked if anyone had any objections to this union.

He knew what he must do.

He slowly stood up.

Rory's blue eyes met his brown ones.

He could see something in her eyes.

He took a chance and spoke.

"I have an object."

He took a deep breath.

"Rory, I can't let you marry Dean.

I love you so much, I think about you everyday."

He paused and then continued.

"And I know you love me too.

And that's why you sent me that invitation."

"Please, Mary."

When Rory heard her old nickname she rushed down the aisle

towards the love of her life and kissed him.

That day instead of becoming Mrs. Dean Forrester, Rory Gilmore

became Mrs. Tristan DuGrey.
