Prologue-

"Sterling," Captain Sniper growled.

A tall, thin man with jet black hair, and green eyes stepped toward the captain of the ship, Soulless.

"Yes, Captain?" Sterling tried his best not to sneer, he knew what was coming.

"Where did the girl go, Sterling?" Sniper turned toward the sea; not even looking at Sterling.

Sterling feigned confusion," What girl?"

" That stupid pirate girl who I was using for soul feeding...the one you were so fond of," Sniper clenched his teeth.

Sterling looked baffled," Who?"

"Do not pretend with me, Sterling!" Sniper threw a sword toward Sterling.

With lightning speed, Sterling managed to dodge it.

"He's talking about, Bonnie Dale, and you know it," said a deep voice from the corner.

Sterling frowned, he reognized the voice to be that of the first mate, Wyatt.

"Has Bonnie gone missing?" Sterling asked, his voice nonchalant.

"Yes it seems your little love intrest has dissappeard off this ship," Sniper said, fingering an old, worn sheet of paper in his hand.

"I had no idea, honest," Sterling lied, sensing his colleagues untrusting feelings.

In a second, Wyatt had him by the throat.

"You damn fool, How could you let her go!"

Sterling's hand was busy prying Wyatt's hand iff his neck.

"Tell me!" Wyatt released his former friend, who fell to the floor with a thud.

"Maybe because I'm tired of being a part of this place...I want to be normal again...I'm sick of being a murderer!" Sterling screamed angrily.

"So you loved the little runt, did you? Do you know what this mistake could cost us?"Sniper muttered.

"What does it matter if she got away anyway?" Sterling asked.

"Because, she knows about the Orb, about our afliction. She'll tell and then we'll have competion," Sniper explained.

"So, who cares about the orb anyhow?" Sterling huffed.

"You want to be "normal" again, Sterling?" Wyatt pondered aloud.

Sterling shook his head, a yes.

"Then we must find her," Sniper put in.

"Where did she go, Sterling?" Wyatt inquired.

"She went," Sterling paused," To join the crew of some pirate named...Sparrow."

Sniper glared at the map on his desk.

"Jack Sparrow. We have a problem..."
