Melkar's Fury:

The Battle of Achnamann

Part 1: The Book of Gorgenite

Book of gorgenite reads that a man will arive from the hinterlands of Seremnok in the year 64445553443 on Wednesday night. It happened at 4:45 PM on a Thursday, whichc troubled Acuic the Mighty. Why Thursday? And why now? He took his staff and walked into the woods. That was the ladst time anyone saw Acuin, or so it is said. Heonisith looked up from the book. There were visitors from the land of Amansteel. Amansteel, the great. Amansteel, the giver of plentey. But, they weren't happy with the bounty of the land. They wanted more. They moved eastward , to conquer new rerritories. They sought the book of Gorgenite for it's great wisdom. The keeper would not relinquish possession of such a holy artifact without struggle. The keeper turned, and smiled, holding the cane at his side. "welcome," he said. "They ride tonight" "Aye", said Acuin, and he shot the man a glance that would have slain mere mortals. "And if we don't go now, there won't be an opportunity later." And so Acuin and the stranger rode far into the night, round the bends of havenmyre and the place of Rockenshile. It was whn they came to the Ring in the Road at Frethenmeyre that Acuin dismounted his steed and turned to the man. "You." The man looked up but said nothing. The staff reverberated, growing in power as the spell was prepared. "We are preparedd to offer you-" the man from Amansteel was cut of by the fireball. Frothomyre dodged the sting and brought abouth the flame, darting between Darthogens blows. He weilded the blade with skill, but he was inept in the art of swordplay, and Doarthegens blade struck him about the neck, falling him to the dirt. "No. Get up," cried Ereuen, but it was too late. Frothomyre had perished.

Part 2: 2004 A.D.
Shen put down the coffee and looked at Rude. "So what exactly are you saying?" "The fuck that supposed to mean?" Reno stood up and turned. "It means whatever the hell you want it to mean."

Rude furrowed his brow and straighteneed his tie. "Reno!" The men stopped when they saw Dice walking through the door. He gave the signel. Reno looked over . Rude nodded. They fingered their guns. Dice ducked. Reno noticed the gun just in time. It wasn't pointed at him. He assumed the obvious and flew for his partner, but the bullet's path avoided them both. Rude looked up.

"Well, then we can both go." Reno laughed. "You want us to go to Takahashi-san awithout the money?" Lee shrugged. "Yeah, so?" Fucking Chineese. Reno nKnew Lee had been a bad apple the day he met him, on the subway in East Tokyo. Le had been giving out "free" newspapers followed by a persisting glare and a shake of a bowl full of quarters. Reno felt bad for the guy. It was a shame really. "So we'll both do it, right?" "No," Shen sighed, " WE won't because you won't be around to do it. Rude and Reno stepped out onto the sidewalk, and made for Quinten's place. "What do we do now" "I don't know."
