Randomly inspired while I was working. I'm not really sure if it turned out they way I had planned for it to turn out. And who really needs plot. I mean, really. P
I'm not sure if I need to say it, but hay, I might as well. I don't own Angel Sanctuary.
It wasn't that they cared about one another. They didn't pretend that they did, and it wasn't as though they pretended that they didn't. It was just that neither of them had much experience in caring for others, and both had already found someone in their life who was more important than anyone else, and therefore couldn't find much more room to care.
Still, they had a relationship. Perhaps it wasn't one that other people could understand, but the most important people in their lives had found the most important person in their lives, and unfortunately for these two, it wasn't them. They turned to one another then, for comfort, one could say. Not the emotional kind of comfort that others needed, for, indeed, neither of them needed emotional comfort. It was for a physical comfort.
Sometimes, all it was was that they'd sit together, embrace one another, give small kisses and unnoticeable touches now and then. Sometimes, they'd fight in a way that others perhaps wouldn't recognize. They'd throw one another into walls, force kisses, sometimes they'd do sexual acts, but they never had sex.
That's all they needed. They didn't need the emotional part of a relationship. If they needed emotional comfort, they could simply turn to the most important person in their lives.
Though, sometimes they were hesitant to admit it, Kira and Arachne needed one another, in a way that others probably wouldn't understand.
Please review. Constructive criticism is more than welcome, flames will be mocked.
