A son of Poseidon, and a daughter of Athena: this was something that was never meant to be; clearly it was against the rules. But we broke them. Percy and I have been through a lot. It hasn't been long but I really love every single moment of us being together. It feels exciting, because our parents are against it. Olympian ones, I mean.
We were like a time-bomb set into motion. It was like, we were destined to explode, to break. Yes, we fought a lot, and had many violent and heated discussions. But the bond was as strong as super glue. We always stuck together. It was like, we were dancing on a wire, and we could fall any minute. We were just two gullible kids in love, no consequences. There was only one way down this road. We couldn't stay without each other, like we needed each other just to breathe. There was no way out of this, so we stayed in.
From the moment we started, I knew this was hard to hold on to, but we've done it. He got down on one knee, his sea green eyes shining in the moonlight, and put a beautiful ring on my finger and kissed it. We were an out-of-control hurricane, complete chaos. It was hard along the way, but we completed the long obstacle course with little difficulty.
As I walked down the aisle, our eyes were locked, and I forgot about everything else. When we made our vows he said he had his heart in my hands like a time-bomb ticking. If it went off we'd start again, if it broke we'd fix it. I told him that I also had my heart in his hands like a time-bomb ticking. I also said that we should've known better, but we wont let go.
And those vows were sealed with a long sweet kiss.
