Discovery of mutants living under our noses

WAKNUK- In the town of Waknuk, authorities just gathered news about unknown mutants living under their noses for years now without even realizing it.
There are five kids who have been found out about including Josephs Storms two kids, David and Petra Storm.
Story still unclear
All this was discovered be Katherine Wood, who is one of the mutants who was severely tortured to get more answers about their abilities and her twin sister sally will be next
Petra, David and Rosalind Morton have fled Waknuk into the fringes to escape the people from Waknuk and if they get caught, rumors say they will get severely punished and anyone involved in this activity will get charged with concealing blasphemy.
This telepathic activity has been going on for years now, since they were little as Katherine explained. She told the inspector they send each other thought shapes instead of words.
Last Tuesday police head over to the storms house to interview them. "My wife and I are terribly ashamed of making something like THAT." Explained Joseph Storm. Storm is really against blasphemy and mutants and when he found out he created two of them he was devastated.

There is no need for the town's people to be alarmed we don't think they could harm us in any way just keep an eye out for anyone else who is suspicious and might have the same issues or ability as the others and report is strait away.
They are hoping to catch the three of them and get everything sorted out and if anyone catches and returns the mutants they will be rewarded
