The numbers bore into his brain, Blaine tried to concentrate desperately but the information just would not implant itself in his sleep-deprived brain.

The teacher kept talking and talking until Blaine entirely zoned out longing for the moment the bell rang signalling the end of class.

That joyful sound came 20 minutes later just as the heaviness in his eyes became to much and he almost, almost fell asleep on his math book.

Blaine exited the door, rubbing his eye slightly as he walked down the long crowded hallway to meet his boyfriend. Kurt who could wipe away all his troubles with a smile, his gorgeous smile.

Blaine smiled as he saw Kurt at the end of the hall absent-mindedly speaking to Mercedes as he walked out of his class. He laughed as he hugged her goodbye and turned to make his way over to Blaine.

And then as if in slow-motion, a flash of red flew towards him as cold liquid froze his skin. He heard laughing as the person disappeared down the hall. "Fuck!" He hated cursing but he couldn't help it. A shiver ran though him as the iced liquid made his blood cold. His mouth parted in utter shock, the person got away to quickly for him to see and he was not about to run after them but he had a pretty good idea who threw the iced beverage in his face or at least he knew that they were most likely wearing a McKinley letterman jacket.

Blaine wiped his eyes so he could see however fuzzy his vision was it didn't leave him completely in the dark.

As everyone exited their class they saw Blaine standing their covered with red iced liquid. He knew no one would stop to help him because to them he was just another glee kid who got hit with a slushie and no-one was about to risk their social status to help him.

He couldn't see his vision was blurry and all he saw was red. Then he heard footsteps, running footsteps getting increasingly closer until he heard the sweet gentle voice that made his heart sigh with relief.

"Oh my gosh." The taller boy said gently wiping some ice out of the others eye. "Come on let's go get you cleaned up." He said sweetly taking his boyfriends cold hand and walking to the boys bathroom.

Hot water splashed on his face from the faucets of the McKinley bathroom.

"They're idiots." Kurt snarled. Blaine wiped his face with the red towel, that Kurt had got from somewhere.

"I know" He replied with a small smile. His clothes were still stained and smelled faintly of strawberry. Kurt rinsed his face once more with water as Blaine ducked his head under the faucet in the large basin. Kurt leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to the his forehead. Blaine smiled.

"Well your officially part of the glee club now." Kurt laughed. He grabbed the towel and wiped his boyfriends face carefully.

Blaine looked at Kurt with so much love. His honey coloured, puppy dog eyes melted his heart every time.

He pressed his lips against Blaine's. Catching the smaller boy by surprise, Blaine's arms wrapped around Kurt's waist as the kiss lingered.

Blaine was the first to pull away with a loud 'mwah' sound. Kurt looked at him with love struck eyes as he grabbed the others hand and held it tight.

"I love you." Blaine said kissing the taller boy soundly on the cheek.

"I love you too." Kurt said leading the other out of the door. Their hands locked together as they made their way to the cafeteria.

Of course when they told their friends, they all shared their stories of how it was the same for them two years ago, the conversation then turned into insults against the jocks and whilst Kurt joined in, Blaine was too distracted with the beauty and the kindness of the boy siting in front of him and how lucky he was to have Kurt in his life.
