This is a little byasana fanfic one-shot for byakuya's birthday
"Lady Hisana you're not supposed to go out, it cold outside. Lord Kuchiki wouldn't like you to get sick." Said a maid
"Don't worry about byakuya-sama, I just need to go out for a bit to find something." Hisana starts to walk away from the manor to the streets
As she walks through the streets looking through the stores window trying to find a perfect gift.
Hm…I wonder what to get him. I got it! Why didn't I think of this sooner?
6th division
Kuchiki byakuya is just filling out some boring paperwork even if he won't admit it. He stands up to look out of his window wishing he could be at the manor with hisana.
'Hisana what are you doing right now.'
At the manor (byakuya/hisana's room)
Hisana places some food over the little table at the center of the room. Puts classic music on, the room looks comfortable and neat.
A few hours later…
Byakuya walks into the manor just happy he's home to relax. Share a cup of tea with his beautiful wife. As he enters he Is greeted by a few maids but the closer he gets to the shared room , there are no maids around. He opens the door and finds the room with some candles, soft classic music on and food on the table. He then feels two arms around his waist.
"happy birthday byakuya-sama"
"…"
Hisana looks up to see a confused face. The realizes he forgot his own birthday, a smile is on her face as she thinks it's cute he forgot. She then feels two strong arms around her.
"thank you hisana" 'for everything'
"I did this because I love you"
"I love you too hisana"
He then lifts her face gently upwards, both close their eyes and he places a soft yet passionate kiss on her lips, she responds back.
'you are the greatest gift I could ever have hisana'
