Chapter 1
"Why the hell did we have to move to fucking Michigan?" Lovino rubbed his arms trying desperately to bring heat to his body, "It's fucking cold here."
"Shh fratello Roma might hear you…", Feliciana looked up at Lovino, the fear present in her eyes. She slowly began tearing up just imagining what Roma would do if he heard Lovino swearing.
Lovino noticing the instant change in his bubbly twin quickly decided to change the subject,"Hey Feli aren't you excited for school tomorrow?"
The change in Feliciana's mood was inhuman. She instantly beamed from the mention of school, she loved making friends."Veh! Fratello lets start unpacking so we can have sleepovers with our new friends!", Feli quickly grabbed three boxes and sprinted into the house.
Lovino chuckled lightly, he really did love her. Lovino sighed and went to grab a box when he felt a pair of hands grab his hair and send him flying backwards. He landed on the ground with a thud. As soon he realized what was happening he instantly began bracing for the oncoming pain. That was until he saw Romulus glare at something to his left and then walk into the house. He was so confused Romulus wouldn't just stop unless- unless someone was watching. He looked to his left and saw someone standing there, he looked around Lovino's age actually. For what seemed like forever they just sat there staring at each other, both not sure what to do next. Eventually, Lovino silently stood up and began walking towards the stranger. He knew this was insane but he needed to talk to him. When he reached him he looked up at the taller male, and smiled. This guy is super fucking hot Lovino thought, he instantly blushed at the thought. He sighed and with a shaky breath spoke,"Thank you." Lovino looked up at the boy once again. He had curly chocolate brown hair, emerald green eyes, and sun kissed skin that complemented all of his features. Lovino blushed a deeper shade of red and began to walk away when he suddenly felt a warm hand grab his wrist.
He turned around to face the gorgeous stranger and was greeted by the biggest smile he had ever seen. "Your welcome, but are you sure you'll be okay? You need to be safe…"
Lovino just stood there dumbstruck, never once had anyone other than Feliciana being concerned for his safety. He brought his lips into a line and began to think. I don't want him to get hurt… Lovino sighed then looked at the very interesting ground," Yeah I will be fine." For some unknown reason he couldn't lie to this guy's face but decided to look up at him anyway.
This man did not look convinced but went with it anyway," Just be safe okay?" He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck.
He looked back down at the ground,"Yeah whatever." Lovino went back to the moving truck and grabbed a box. Then looked behind him, the guy was still standing there. But, why? He can't honestly be concerned for me...can he? Lovino gave the man a small wave and walked into the house. He had a small smile plastered on his face when he walked into his room but couldn't figure out what had caused it. Well he could but there was no way that guy liked him… right?
