Listen to your heart
"I know there's something in the wake of your smile.
I get a notion from the look in your eyes, yea.
You've built a love but that love falls apart.
Your little piece of heaven turns too dark."
Vegeta walks into an empty house once again. Looking around the cold lonely living room for a trace of his mate. But the prince couldn't find anything nor anyone. Kakarotto had been leaving him days on end for the past 2 months. He wouldn't tell him where he was going or when he was coming home. Vegeta sat on the torn couch his head in his hands like all this other times. Warn salty tears trailed down the sides of his cheeks then falling forever.
"Listen to your heart
when he's calling for you.
Listen to your heart
there's nothing else you can do.
I don't know where you're going
and I don't know why,
but listen to your heart
before you tell him goodbye."
Kakarotto turned around looking at the clock on the wall. He looked back to the bartender. Raise's his right hand and the bartender knew immediately what the tall saiyan wanted. He knew what would happen if he was to go home know. It would be just another argument just like every other night. He hated seeing his saiyan prince cry. He knew if he didn't go home soon it would just get worse. After the bartender was done pouring Kakarotto last shot, he got up and walked back to his and Vegeta's shitty apartment.
"Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile.
The precious moments are all lost in the tide, yea.
They're swept away and nothing is what is seems,
the feeling of belonging to your dreams."
Vegeta had laid down already when Kakarotto opened the door to there small bedroom. Tears coming back to Vegeta as he sensed his partner trying to be quite taking his shoes and socks off. Kakarotto sat at the end of the bed his head down looking at his feet.
"I know your not sleeping" Kakarotto said in a whisper. He looked back at Vegeta, then turned his head back instantly when seeing the tears in the small mans eyes. All Vegeta wanted was for Kakarotto to come back to him. They've had no money, no food and no jobs. Vegeta couldn't with his criminal record and still going to court over him killing two men. Kakarotto who said he'd support the two of them for the time being just gave up, and started drinking heavily.
"Listen to your heart
when he's calling for you.
Listen to your heart
there's nothing else you can do.
I don't know where you're going
and I don't know why,
but listen to your heart
before you tell him goodbye."
Vegeta just wanted to lash out at Kakarotto for leaving him there. Vegeta couldn't help what he was going through. Kakarotto was supposed to be there for his partner. They had been married for 2 ½ years now and when one wrong thing goes wrong in there lives Kakarotto bails on him. He comes home says sorry gets sex and then leaves for days again. Vegeta sat up in bed and went to say something but stopped and stood up. Looked down at an astonished Kakarotto.
"And there are voices
that want to be heard.
So much to mention
but you can't find the words.
The scent of magic,
the beauty that's been
when love was wilder than the wind"
Vegeta kissed Kakarotto passionately then walked out of the small room. Kakarotto stood and followed him to the living room. Vegeta turned and gave Kakarotto one last look before he walked out. Kakarotto feel to the floor crying. He knew what had just happened, he knew he was never going to see Vegeta again.
"Listen to your heart
when he's calling for you.
Listen to your heart
there's nothing else you can do.
I don't know where you're going
and I don't know why,
but listen to your heart
before you tell him goodbye.
Listen to your heart, mm-mmmmmm
I don't know where you're going
and I don't know why,
but listen to your heart
before you tell him goodbye."
