Spoilers for AWE

"Oy."
Whispering never worked when waking Pintel, but that didn't stop him from trying.
Poking his friend above him through the hole in his hammock, Ragetti raised his voice slightly, "Pinters."
No movement from above.
Jabbing him harder, Ragetti grinned as his friend turned to glare at him from over the edge, "What?"
"Guess what day it is?"
"Day for me to kill you fer wakin' me up?"
"Nah, Pint, we get to teach them new ones how to be pirate an' all."
Pintel narrowed his eyes at him, noting the tone of his voice, "Yer not really lookin' forward to this, are you?"
Ragetti shrugged slightly, but still unable to hide his excitement, "Had me an idea. Thought it'd be a tradition o' sorts."
"What, us havin' to teach them how to speak every year?"
"Nah, not us, others."
Narrowing his eyes again, Pintel tried to follow him. Unable to figure it out, he shook his head, "What are you on about?"
"The rest of the world could do it too."
"And the world would do this how?" Pintel decided not to mention what a stupid idea it was. And how would the world find out about this anyway?
"'Cause we're pirates."
"…And?"
"An' we're pirates so who's gonna go against us?"
Pintel thought about this for a minute, Ragetti might be on to something, he figured.
"What would this tradition of yours be called?"
A moment of silence and then Ragetti said simply, "Talk Like A Pirate Day."
