Chapter 1: New town.

Carly sighed softly as she leant on the car window as she watched the world seemingly fly by. Her baby brother Ryan was sat in his baby seat on the other side of the car, her dad sat upfront driving the car. Carly didn't say anything, she didn't want to talk to her dad and her younger brother was a little too young to properly talk to. To Carly the car ride seemed to be going on forever though in reality they had only been driving a mere twenty minutes. Soon enough her dad spoke from the front seat "come on Carly I'm sure you'll love it here, South Parks a nice little town". Carly didn't respond she didn't feel like telling her dad that she didn't want to move. She had told him that many times before. Carly had spent all of her life in her last home so she didn't see the point in moving; in her eyes her last home was perfect. Carly looked over to her brother Ryan, the small baby was fast asleep and had been for quite a while. Carly sighed once again Ryan never really did anything exciting. Carly went back to looking out the window, she watched as the floor outside turned white with snow, they past all sorts of things along the way, the most interesting to Carly were a pond a small park and a elementary school, she guessed she would be going there. Carly also noticed a small cinema and a coffee shop; there was also a mall but not much else. They passed some train tracks as well but by how rusty they were Carly guessed no train ever crossed them. Soon enough the car came to a stop in front of a rather large red house. Carly quickly opened the door and hopped out. Her dad also got out and got her baby brother Ryan out to. "Well Carly what do you think?" He asked her as they stood in front of the house. Carly thought for a moment before responding with an "its okay." Her dad sighed knowing he wouldn't get much else out of her. Her dad then led the way inside, to Carly the whole house seemed dull, the walls were painted a light purple, the furniture was already set out, and her dad had come down a few days before to help set up the new house. The living room was pretty basic there were a sofa a television and a lamp a few shelves as well. Carly didn't bother to look round much; the house didn't interest her even slightly. Once she reached the room she guessed was her, she guessed this due to the fact that her old bed was placed in there. Carly sat on her bed and stared out of her window, she noticed how snowy and cold this town truly was. Carly could hear footsteps and she knew that it was most likely her dad bringing Ryan up for a nap. After her dad placed Ryan down he came over to Carly's room, he opened her door and smiled warmly at her. "Hey Carly why don't you go out and makes some friends?" He asked. Carly sighed softly and nodded "sure dad." She said coldly.
