Beautiful

The city of Townsville has woken up on this beautiful Saturday morning. The sun shines through the home of the Utonium's
window. Buttercup, now Seventeen wakes up and finds that her sisters were already gone. Bubbles to Saturday morning cheer
practice and Blossom to chess club, math club or some kind of nerdy event. Buttercup thought to herself. She never understood
why her sisters would be out before the sun, especially on a Saturday morning! Buttercup doesn't get up, but she sees herself
in the mirror and starts to drift of into some pleasant thoughts. She thinks about growing up as the tough one, who was never
scared, didn't show her feelings and did not crack under pressure, even if it was a 30 ft. tall, fire-breathing monster.
Never afraid of any thing slimy or gross, never backed down no matter how challenging her opponents would me and going toe-
to-toe with some f Townsville most powerful, evil villains. But someone showed her she had a softer side. They showed her
it's ok to cry sometimes, everyone has feelings and she that she could talk to him whenever she felt scared.
It was Butch of the Rowdyruff Boys. She knows they didn't get along in their younger days, but that changed in
7th grade when Butch first started to like her. He would leave secret admirer notes in her locker and sneakily put
flowers and chocolate on her desk, until one day she caught him and he fessed up. Despite his brothers teasing him, the two
only got closer. He made Buttercup feel sunny, girly, happy and all around beautiful and this is what she liked the most.
He unearthed this sweet side of her, she didn't even know she had and she liked it. Don't get me wrong, Buttercup is still this
tough as nails girl who will take on anyone who messes with her the wrong way, but she now knows it's ok to be sensitve too.
