Hello happy viewers! I would be proud to announce that I am back to writing and that I am starting this new story! This is a story about my OC for X-men, which is my favorite OC. And before I start I would like to thank my girlfriend, Lauren for helping me edit this before I posted it online! So, happy reading, and remember, Mutant and Proud!
Prelude
The world around her was so cold, so ice cold she couldn't feel herself anymore. All she could see was darkest of black, no, it was the purest of white. She couldn't tell anymore, being out in this blizzard she felt so abandoned, so alone, so cold. The poor child didn't know what to do. She opened her eyes for one last time, or was it that she closed them and she drifted into her dreams? The child saw a woman hovering over her. She was the most beautiful woman the child had ever seen. She forced out a smile at the beautiful woman and then everything around her disappeared….
Karmilla bolted upright in her bed. God, she hated that dream, it reminded her of her vulnerability and all her weaknesses. And not to mention the memories of what happened to Elvira…
Karmilla sighed as she got up form her bed, she knew it was useless to try and get back to sleep now. She decided to go downstairs and get a drink. It was about midnight and she figured that no one else would probably be up at this hour. To her surprise someone was.
"Worried about them, Piotr?" Karmilla asked.
"Huh? Oh, its only you, çejinka (snowflake). Da, I can't help but be worried about them," Piotr responded, "But I'm not the only one with worries, am I çejinka?"
"You know me to well, zheleznyy chelovek (tin man), but I assure you that I am fine, you have your family to worry about, focus on them and not me," Karmilla answered while she grabbed the vodka from the counter and took a drink straight from the bottle.
"You should not be drinking Karmilla, it is not right in this country. You are only seventeen after all."
"You know I am not going to listen to you, so why do you insist on telling me that constantly?"
"Never mind, I can see that the argument is not worth fighting. Regardless, did you have that dream again Karmilla?"
"Nyet. I told you Piotr, I'm fine."
"Karmilla, it has been three years, you know I will listen if you-"
"I'm fine! I…I am fine. There is no need to worry about me, I am only here to help you, not add to your worries."
"Çejinka, I did not mean to anger you, I am sorry if I did."
"Nyet, you do not anger me….I just am just….I am sorry, I…I have to go."
Karmilla put her drink down and left, ashamed of how she yelled at her the man who she considered a brother and did nothing else but try to help her.
