"Life in the Fast Lane"

Joshua turned into his parents driveway and stopped his motorcycle. He removed his helmet and smiled huge at the site of the tailor. *I'm so happy that they are finally getting back on the road where they belong.* He knew his family wasn't happy living in small house that they were currently living in. Although they did met interesting people and his father did become an cop. But Josh knew that his family was meant to be on road discovering God's American Promised Land. He got off the bike and walked over to the tailor to see if anyone was in it.

"Joshua!" Claire cried out seeing her oldest son standing at the doorway. She came over and stepped down to the step and put her arms around him for an hug.

"Hi mama." Josh said husky bear hugging his mother. "I'm going to miss you all."

"I wish you would reconsider and home school." Claire said stepping back from her son.

"Not this time mama. I want to be near Bobby and Billy." Josh said. "I love them mama. We are meant to be together."

"An few more years apart from each won't change that you know Joshua." Russell said from behind his son.

"Daddy we have discussed this over and over again. I'm not changing my mind. I'm staying at Boulder College and going to see Bobby and Billy every day." Joshua sighed as he stepped backward so his mother could step down.

"You haven't prayed about it have you." It wasn't an question more of an statement. Claire looked deep into her son's eyes and read the truth.

"No." Josh answered softy and truthfully. "I know in my heart that I am meant to be on the road with you. But I just can't and will not obey. I want to be able to see Bobby and Billy every day."
