Justin POV

I was at the kitchen counter-just finishing up some homework, when I heard the door open.
It shocked me, because I wasn't expecting anyone to be home yet-Mom and Dad were at some New York Restaurant Association meeting, Max was at his shift at the Sub Shop and Alex was on her date with Riley.
I turned around to see my sister, tears streaming down her face.
What just happened? Alex doesn't cry. Never.
She ran to her room, still sobbing, and I knew that I couldn't just ignore this.
I run after her.
"Alex? Alex? What happened?" I call.
I reach her bedroom and knock on the door gently. "Alex?" I whisper.
"Go away. Leave me alone." She said with her voice muffled.
Not listening, I walked into her room. She was on her bed, face shoved into a pillow, still crying.
"Alex what happened?" I ask, kneeling next to her.
"Nothing. Nothing happened, Justin! Leave me alone." She shouted, still not looking at me.
"Alex, I know something happened. What's wrong?" I ask, gently propping her up so she's sitting upright.
"Riley. He cheated on me with Gigi." She muttered, wiping at her eyes furiously.
I feel red-hot anger bubbling up inside of me. Who does he think he is? Cheating on my baby sister?
"Where is he?" I growl. She looks up at me, surprised.
"What?"
"Where is he?" I repeat.
"I have no idea-why?"
"He hurt you Alex-I have to kill him." I say simply, standing up and pulling out my wand.
"No, Justin! You really don't have to." She said, pulling me back down.
"But Al-" She cuts me off.
"No. But thanks, you know. For caring." She said.
"Alex. No matter how much we fight, you're my baby sister. And I love you." I kiss her cheek gently. "Really."
"Thanks. I love you too." She said, hugging me tightly.
"Are you sure I can't kill him?" I beg.
"Nah. I already gave him a black eye and sent him to Alaska. That'll do for now." She said, waving her hand carelessly.
I snort. "Yeah. For now."
She hugs me tighter, and after a few minutes, I realize that she has fallen asleep. I guess all that crying got her tired out.
I lay her down, and leave her room. I have to go kill a cheater named Riley.
