Sam never meant to fall this far off the track. Sure, he knew that he was a little wayward, but he would have to be to listen to a demon. He never wanted it to turn out like this.
He glanced over at his brother's disappointed face, trying to quell the nausea rising. He had freed Lucifer and started the apocalypse. He had tried so hard to stop it, and Ruby ended up leading him right to it.
Maybe Azazel was right- that this was always his path. But he couldn't live with that. Sam had to fix it somehow.
