Every time he looks at him, he sees someone beautiful. He knows that when Lovino looks at himself, he feels less than confident about it; but Antonio always reassures him that he looks beautiful no matter how he looks, and he wouldn't have proposed to him otherwise, that if "his looks mattered, they wouldn't be where they are right now!" He doesn't know if it works or not; Lovino's always been a bit self-hating, and Antonio knows he's jealous now that he's fat and pregnant and Feliciano isn't, that Feliciano hasn't been for four years since Sascha was born. Antonio tries to convince him that he's not fat, that he's just pregnant, but honestly, he isn't sure how well it's working, because he knows that Lovino doesn't despise the baby, but he now despises his physical self, and that thought in its entirety makes Antonio sad.
