Kimmiri and the Sohmas

Chapter 1
So this is my school; it's really big. I hope I can meet new friends. By the way my name is Kimmiri and today I start my first day of school at Natarishi High school. I'm starting in the middle of my sophomore year and I'm really nervous right now. Oh well, here I go. I walked into the gate and spotted a girl who looked about my age. I know maybe I can ask her to help me find my schedule..
"Um, excuse me?"
"Yes."
"I'm new and everything, I was hoping, maybe you could help me get my schedule?"
"I guess so follow me."
"Wait, what's your name?"
"Oh, my name is Jenniri Lee."
"My name is Kimmiri Sokotsu." We walked into the office and went to my councilor, Miss Lang. Jenniri told me to go in her office and wait for her to show up. I waited about five minutes and she finally appeared.
"Good morning, how can I help you sweetie?"
"Well, I moved and my mom just registered me yesterday, and I need-"
"You need a schedule right?"
"Right."
"Well, I just make you one right now ok?"
"Ok." I waited a few minutes and in no time I had my schedule.
"Thank you Miss Lang."
"Your welcome." I got up and left; then I went where Jenniri was standing.
"When does the bell ring?"
"At 7:44, but don't worry it's only 7:10. Can I see your schedule?" Jenniri asked.
"Sure."
"Wow you have hard classes."
"I guess so to you, I mean I probably I am smarter than you."
"What!" I stopped smiling, I knew she was mad at me, I shouldn't have said that to her.
"Sorry, I-"
"No. You think your better than me? Who do you think you are? Do you think your better than me or then everyone else? Well do you?"
"Hey Jenniri maybe you should stop yelling at her?" I looked behind Jenniri and there stood a young man with white hair, but he also had black roots. How can that be possible? Maybe he dyed his hair.
"Why should I, she made that comment me about being stupid." He looked at me.
"I didn't mean it to hurt your feelings Jenniri, I was just playing around."
"Well next time don't. Sheesh lets go Haru." They both left me. I was alone again, I guess I won't be able to meet any friends here. I ran behind the science building where no one was and I cried.
"Hey, why are you crying?" I looked up to find an attractive young man with orange hair looking at me. "Well?"
"Nothing I just-nothing, I can't make any friends."
"Just because you got yelled at once, doesn't mean it's hopeless."
"I never thought about that."
"Sheesh, think for yourself ok." He was about to walk away, but I asked him a question.
"What's your name?"
"My name is Kyo Sohma and yours?"
"It's Kimmiri."
"Well maybe I'll see you around, Kimmiri." He walked away. Oh my gosh, he is so handsome and so nice, maybe the next time I see him we can be friends. I sure hope sure. I am glad he cheered me up, I really needed that. Ring! Ring! The bell rang. I better be on my way to class. I hope my day continues to go well.
