The Perfect Christmas!
Elliot-30 x Zoey-26
Wesley-35 x Renee-28
Elliot and Zoey were sitting on their couch late Christmas Eve waiting for the kids to go to sleep; they had eight of them. Together Elliot and Zoey had Elliot had five boys and three girls. Their first two children are twin boys named James after his father and Matt after her grandfather; they are ten. Next they had triplets; three more boys they named Billy, Keith and Noah and they are five. And finally, seven months ago they had their final set of triplets; three girls named Amy after his mother, Katie after her grandmother and Serena.
Uncle Wesley was asleep in the guest house with his three kids; Nick, age seven, Tyler, age five and Gracie, age three; they all fell asleep pretty early. This was their second Christmas without their mother. Years ago Wesley met a really nice lady named Hayley, but she died two and a half years ago when a drunk driver hit her and their youngest child. However, their youngest child survived; she had used her body to protect her.
After his wife died Wesley went into a depression and ended up losing his apartment. After that happened Elliot called him and idiot and told him that he and his kids were moving into their guest house; no ifs ands or buts. Wesley was his best friend and pretty much raised him after his parents died so yeah…Elliot had him move in.
For the last year or so Wesley has been dating Renee, who loves his kids dearly and they love her as well. He also loves her two kids and they love him as well…well the girl does; the boy on the other hand really likes him, but he was really close with his dad and then he betrayed them.
Renee several years ago met a guy and they got married after she became a young mother. Together they had two children; a boy named Ethan, age ten and a girl named Kelly, age seven. About four or five years ago her ex started becoming abusive and started cheating on her; it was "fine" when he was beating her but when he laid his hands on the children it was over. She left him, took the children and got a restraining order that is good for ten years for her and until the children turn eighteen; then it's up to them if they want a relationship with that man.
Corina is married to Dren and they have four children; two biological and two adopted. He wants a big family but after Corina's second child there were complications and she could no longer have children; so they decided to adopt. Together they gave birth to two girls, Ella, age four and Chrissie, age one. They then adopted two boys; one from his home planet named Goro, age three and the other from here named Xavier, age six months. I guess they plan to adopt more in the future.
Bridget and Sardon are married with twin boys Merle and Darryl, age seven and are currently pregnant with twin girls they plan to name Beth and Maggie. As of late they have become crazy obsessed with "The Walking Dead" and that's how they came up with the names.
Kiki and Tarb just had their first daughter ten months ago and they named her Mimi; they plan to get married in a few months.
And then theirs Bailey and Tyler…they have too many kids to count; it must be the rabbit because they have kids every two years and they always come out in twins or triplets. At least they both have good jobs to support all of them. Let's see…currently I think they have six boys and six girls…and now she's pregnant with quadruplets; two boys and two girls from what they just recently found out. They both agreed that after this batch of kids she's getting her tubes tied so they can no longer have any kids; I mean they love each and every one of their kids, but they're just done…So let's see they had a set of twins; two boys Devin and David age ten. Another set of twin boys; Ben and Jerry age eight. They had their first set of triplets; three girls, Faith, Mercy and Hope age six. Another set of twins a boy, Garret and a girl, Gem age four. And finally another set of triplets; a boy, Jared and two girls, Jade and Jilly age two. And just so you know she was a teen mother; she started at fifteen.
Every now and then everybody tries to get together with their busy schedules to let the kids play and basically to catch up with one another. All the kids are friends now and it was found out that any child born a girl had the right DNA and when they reach eight years old become mew mews. The boys born can't transform into mew mews; but they do have some kind of power to be able to protect others who may become mew mews or their sisters and friends. It was also discovered that everybody in the gang, due to their DNA have become immortal; and about half a year before Zoey and Elliot had their first children something hit the earth and just about everyone on planet earth also became immortal. All except murderers, rapists, woman, children and animal abusers…
But this story is about Elliot and Zoey …
At first it was a shock when Zoey got pregnant; she was only fifteen and a half and was really scared; she gave birth sometime when she was sixteen. She had just broken up Mark about two months before because he had cheated on her. After a night with Elliot she felt like she had become a slut because it had only been two months. She was afraid to love again and didn't believe Elliot loved her back; even though everyone told her she shouldn't and that Elliot was the right guy for her anyway…and that he loved her too.
After she found out she was pregnant she was afraid that her parents were going to disown her, but they didn't; instead they welcomed having grandbabies and Elliot; they really seemed to like him. No, they weren't exactly the happiest when they found out that their fifteen year old daughter was having sex, but they got over it after awhile. Not only did they except them and promised they would help in any way they could her father basically threatened Elliot; saying he'd better help out as well. Yep…good going dad… Zoey had yet to tell Elliot; she was afraid he wouldn't want anything to do with the baby/babies. But he told her otherwise and that he would be there in any way that he could…even if she didn't want to be with him.
Needless to say she did want to be with him and did want to have a family with him which only made him the happiest man on earth. And obviously he wanted a family as well; eight kids later...
Anyways…as I was saying before they were sitting up on their couch, late Christmas Eve waiting for the kids to go to sleep so Santa could come give them their presents.
The babies were already asleep…surprisingly; they normally don't sleep through the night and tonight was the longest they had been asleep. Billy, Keith and Noah had fallen asleep about an hour ago while waiting for Santa; they wanted to see him very badly, but ended up passing out. Now there's James and Matt; they're still awake waiting…they are bound and determined to see the fat man in red.
"I can't believe they're still awake at this hour…it's only an hour until midnight. I thought when I had kids with cat genes they'd sleep most of the time…" Zoey said in disbelief.
"They do sleep a lot; Billy, Keith and Noah sleep all day and are up all night; same with Amy, Katie and Serena. As for James and Matt; James sleeps when he gets home from school and Matt sleeps during school…I wonder where he gets that from." Elliot said jokingly.
"Hey! I wasn't that bad!" Zoey exclaimed quietly with a smile.
"Ok, sure you weren't…*sigh…* guess I better go be the bad guy and tell them to go to bed…" Elliot sighed getting up.
"Oh knock it off; I'll go." Zoey said with a smile while getting up and he sat down with a bigger smile.
Elliot was normally the one who punished the children while Zoey was normally the one was soft with them…unless a situation came to light.
"Hey you two! Knock it off and go to bed or Santa won't bother to show up and then there won't be presents for anyone! Do you understand me? Now go to bed!" Zoey yelled as she opened James's and Matt's door; surprising and shocking them enough to make them fall out of their beds.
"Y-yes mom! So-sorry mom!" Both boys cried as they scrambled to get back into their bed.
In a way the boys shared a room; but they also kind of had their own rooms as well. The room that they were in was really big and had a dividing wall that slid open and closed. Depending on the day was if they got along or not; I mean they are ten year olds.
After about half an hour they were asleep and Zoey and Elliot were sitting by their fireplace with Elliot holding onto Zoey tightly.
"Did I ever tell you how much I loved you?" Elliot whispered into Zoey's ears.
"Only several times a day, every day. But that's ok; I love hearing it. And I love you too." Zoey said leaning into Elliot's embrace.
"Yeah, but not more than I love you." Elliot said tightening his embrace.
"Oh, you think so…" Zoey said turning around to face him.
"Oh, I know so…" Elliot said kissing his wife.
"So…they fell off their beds huh?" Elliot asked smiling as he pulled away.
"Yeah…hey Elliot?" Zoey asked softly.
"Yes, what is it my love?" Elliot asked holding onto her.
"Do you ever think of having more?" Zoey asked softly.
"Do I ever think of having more what?" Elliot asked smiling; he knew exactly what she meant.
"You know what I mean? Do you ever think about having more kids? Having a huge family? I mean you bought this huge house with a guest house in the back with all these rooms. I'm glad we have the guest house; I don't think it'd be the same without Wesley and his kids. But did you buy this house with the plan to have a huge family?" Zoey asked softly as Elliot pushed her to the ground with him on top of her.
"Of course I want a huge family and of course I think about having more. But I also think about you and what you want; if you don't want any more kids, we won't have any more kids. And if you do we will when the current babies are older…even if that means just a few more months. Just because I want something doesn't mean that I don't want your opinion. And you're absolutely correct; it wouldn't be the same without Wesley and his kids. Hey, what's wrong? Did I say something wrong?" Elliot asked shocked when he saw tears coming from Zoey's eyes.
"No, nothing; I'm just glad I married you instead of Mark. You know he once told me that if he and I were to get married he only wanted one or two kids…" Zoey said softly.
"But that's not what you wanted?" Elliot asked bending down to her.
"No; I wanted a big family. Growing up an only child I always wanted brothers and sisters; and that's what I wanted for my kids when I had them. And someday, yes I want more kids; but I think I'm good for now. We have forever to have more; I think I want to wait until the kids we have to be a little older." Zoey said with a smile.
"That's fine; whenever you want more." Elliot said leaning down to kiss her with only the light of the fireplace to light their way.
"Well, I guess we should get to bed or Santa won't come along a get the kids their presents." Zoey said with a smile.
"Yeah, you're right; let's go." Elliot said softly as he picked her up bridal style and carried her to their bedroom where they fell asleep almost immediately.
The next morning Elliot and Zoey woke up to three hungry screaming babies and the triplets jumping up and down on their bed and the older two standing next to their bed, faces right up to their faces.
"IT'S CHRISTMAS! IT'S CHRISTMAS! SANTA WAS HERE AND BROUGHT US LOTS AND LOTS OF PRESENTS! COME ON MOMMY WAKE UP! YOU TOO DADDY; WAKE UP! IT'S PRESENT TIME!" The boys all yelled as the babies fussed for food.
"Well actually, it's time for breakfast and then you can open presents." Elliot said as he and Zoey sat up in bed.
"AWW! COME ON! Can't we eat breakfast after we open presents?!" The boys whined as they got out of bed.
"No…now if you're going to complain they'll be no presents at all." Elliot warned as he got a hold of Amy and Katie while Zoey got Serena.
"Fine…" The boys groaned while heading downstairs to the kitchen.
Once they got to the kitchen Wesley and his kids came over with their presents from Santa.
"AWWW! They get to open their presents now? That's not fair!" The triplets whined while James and Matt sat down.
"No, they just brought their things over so that we could all do it together. Auntie Renee will be here with her kids as well with their presents. Now sit down while I get breakfast ready." Elliot said as he sat Amy and Katie in their highchairs along with Serena and Gracie.
"Hey, you sit down and I'll make breakfast." Wesley said as he made Elliot sit.
After about fifteen minutes or so everybody had scrambled eggs and pancakes; the babies really liked scrambled eggs.
"And you sit there and eat your breakfast nicely; no scarfing it down just to get to the presents. Scarf it down and you'll just sit there until everyone else is done." Zoey warned as she, Elliot and Wesley fed the babies.
Throughout breakfast Billy, Keith and Noah whined the whole time until everyone was done.
"Yay! Present time!" Billy and Tyler cried throwing their arms in the air; Keith and Noah knew the rules as they sat on the floor and waited.
"No…you know the rules; we wait until everyone is here. We're still waiting on Renee and her kids." Elliot said as he and Wesley did the dishes.
"What? That's not fair!" Tyler whined while Billy fell to the floor.
"Well that's their rules Ty; that's how it's always been. Now behave or we'll just go home and save the presents for when you want to behave." Wesley said strictly.
"That's actually a good idea; same goes for you boys." Zoey said as she set the girls in their bouncers.
"Fine…" The boys all complained while they waited.
They waited for about fifteen minutes, which felt like hours for boys their ages, for Renee and her kids.
"Knock, knock, knock." Renee said walking in with presents and very upset looking kids.
"Well it's about time! Do you know how long we were waiting?" Billy said angrily crossing his arms and tapping his foot.
"Billy Shane Grant! You apologize right now; that's not how you greet someone! Once you apologize you can go sit in the corner on timeout for ten minutes." Zoey and Elliot said at the same time.
"Sorry…" Billy said going to the corner; he knew better then to argue. If he sat there and argued any more he'd never get his presents.
"It's fine. Sorry we're late by the way. Kelly decided to have a melt down and was put on timeout. She had decided to sneak down and tried to open her presents early; before I woke up. At least Ethan was watching her; but she ended up throwing a ball at him and it him in…yeah…so she was put on timeout for half an hour. I'm sorry." Renee said once she put all the presents down.
"Oh wow…it's ok; we understand. Well, with that issue not so much; but our boys have been whining about opening their presents as well." Zoey said softly.
"Same with Tyler…" Wesley said watching the kids.
"Are you hungry? There are some left over scrambled eggs that Wesley made." Elliot said as he sat down with some coffee.
"Oh, no; we're good. We had cereal at like the buttcrack of dawn when the kids woke up because Santa had been by." Renee said sitting down.
"Aww…yeah; we know that feeling." Elliot, Zoey and Wesley all sighed.
After the timer went off they let Billy out of time out.
"Did you learn your lesson?" Zoey asked looking at Billy.
"Yes; I'm sorry Auntie Renee. I shouldn't have said what I said before; I just really want to open presents." Billy said apologizing and meaning it this time.
"It's ok; apology excepted." Renee said with a smile.
"Now can we open presents?" Noah, Keith and Tyler asked while Billy looked at him.
"Yeah, I guess; go ahead." All the adults said as all the children cheered…except for the babies; they just smiled and cried out as they played with the wrapping paper that was thrown their ways.
"Why buy babies stuff when you can just get them a box and wrapping paper?" Renee asked smiling and laughing at the cuteness.
"We spend all this money on all this stuff and all they want is the box and paper." Elliot and Wesley said with that look on their face.
"Merry Christmas everyone!" Zoey said smiling.
"Merry Christmas!" Everyone else replied also smiling.
Zoey just smiled; she was truly happy. She had her family right there, minus a few mew mews and their guys and kids. But she was with the man she truly loved and even though they are impatient and can be brats she has her almost perfect children. In her mind perfect is boring and she would rather have a somewhat chaotic household and family.
Elliot, he was truly happy as well; he was with the woman of his dreams and he had the children and family he had always wanted. He also had his best friend, his brother with him as well. Sure he wants more kids, but he's happy with what he has. Hell, he has to be or he risks losing it all if he pushes too much.
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone & their families & to the Men & Woman serving & of course to their families as well!
