"How?" Mitchie asked looking at Caitlin, "How did you find out?"
"i saw them in the hall after 3rd hour just before he left to meet you at your class." Caitlin answered looking at the ground.
Mitchie just sat there as one single tear fell from her eyes. Shaking her head she screamed "No this cant be happening he cant be doing this to me. he cant be like every other guy ive dated." this isnt the first time shes been cheated on. her past 3 relationships before Shane ended because they cheated on her. Caitlins phone suddenly rang.
"hello? oh hey yeaa ill be home in a few. k love ya bye. hey mitch im sorry but my mom wants me home. you gunna be ok?" Caitlin said as she stood up. Mitchie simply nodded her head.
After Caitlin left, Mitchie sat in her room. She just couldnt believe this was happening. You would think after being cheated on 3 times you would be able to understand it but she just couldnt. As Mitchie was thinking there was a knock on her bedroom door.
"Who is it?" she yelled through the door.
"Its me." the person yelled back. 'Oh Gosh' she thought to herself. It was Shane.
"uhm come in." she said.
"hey babe. you ok?" he asked very concerned.
"no not really." she said standing up. He looked at her with a confused face. "whats wrong?" he asked her. For some reason she laughed to herself. it was funny how he thought she didnt know. "How could you?" she asked fighting back the tears, "after 7 1/2 months, how are you able to go behind my back and just make out with some random whore?" she yelled. "what are you talking about?" shane asked. "oh you know damn well what im talking about. does the name Tess Tyler mean anything to you?" she said. Shane just looked shocked, "yea i know all about her. so you at least owe it to me to tell me how you could do that to me?" she said tears now streaming down her face. "Mitchie, I am so sorry. i really dont know why i kissed her. i just did." he said. she just stared at him, astonished at his excuse. "sorry. ya know thats a pretty funny word. seeing as everybody uses it and never actually means it." she said turning to walk away. Shane grabbed her arm. "Mitchie i mean it. i am sorry. I Love You so much. can you please please give me another chance? the tess thing is over. i swear." shane said with a pleading face. As much as mitchie loved him she wasnt sure if she could take that chance again. "I'm sorry too shane. im sorry that i fell in love with you. im sorry that i trusted you enough to believe you actually cared. im sorry that i just wasnt enough for you. Im sorry but i cant take that chance again." she said and walked away. Shane left and Mitchie jsut sat there in her room, crying her eyes out. After all that has happened she knew she still loved him. alot. but she is too scared of getting hurt to take him back.
