I began working on this today, right after I read some nice Drinny fanfic. I got so Drinny obsessed and simply couldn't resist, because this idea had been stuck in my head for ages.

No way she was going to agree. No way. But Dumbledore didn't seem to care. She was quite sure he wasn't going to ask her opinion. But then again… She wasn't going to agree.

„Why, Professor?", the boy asked and interrupted Ginny's thoughts. She looked at him and noticed that he didn't seem too happy about it either.
„Oh, I was just going to tell you, Mr. Malfoy", the old man answered with a smile and nodded towards Ginny. „You happen to be in a very disappointing situation. Since your father failed with the task he got from Voldemort" – the blonde boy obviously twitched – „and your mother disappeared without anybody, or at least anybody of our knowledge, knowing where she could be, you, as a 16 year old boy, have to get a new home for a while, because I wouldn't appreciate the thought of you being with your aunt Bellatrix, besides the fact I am pretty sure she doesn't have a house at this moment." He chuckled about some joke the teenagers didn't know, but they were busy looking shocked and thinking of some good ways to argue against the headmaster – the two of them.
Ginny was the first to speak up. "But Professor, that is ridiculous. He" – she gave him a cold look – "He can't live with us! You know that wouldn't work!"
Dumbledore chuckled again. "Don't worry, Miss Weasley, your parents already agreed to this."
"Why isn't Ron here, anyway?", she suddenly remembered the other Weasley still in Hogwarts when her parents were mentioned.
"Because your brother isn't part of the favor I'd like to ask you", Dumbledore said, looked at her, looked at Draco and Ginny knew that a favor that had something to do with Malfoy couldn't be good for her. "Of course people would wonder why young Mr. Malfoy is suddenly living with his father's, I don't wanna say enemy, but from my knowledge Arthur and Lucius aren't really friends, with the Weasleys. So, of course, to complete our plan, I had to think of a little reason that would explain the fact. So, Miss Weasley, Mr. Malfoy, from today on you are a couple."
Dumbledore clapped his hands and smiling sent them out his office before one of them could start complaining.

Ginny was sure that this was going to end in a disaster.
