I seem to have the writing bug today. I've updated my story it's our past and their future. I've also written another story called Lullaby for a stormy night. Please read.
I love you Nymphadora Tonks by Bellaandedwardaddict
I came in from work at seven o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. I was one of the aurors protecting Hogsmead so a lot of my time goes in to protecting the people of the small village and the school. I looked down at the mat that sat at the front of my door. I came back to my flat once a week to check my mail. I unlocked the door and walked in. I hadn't received many letters; most were from the ministry. I came across one that appeared hand written I know that handwriting I thought. I ripped the letter open and gasped.
Dearest Nymphadora
I know it has been many months since we've seen each other; you have no idea how much that thought hurts me. I've been on a mission for Dumbledore for the last five months. I've infiltrated a pack of werewolves lead by Fenrir Greyback, my creator. I really miss you Nymphadora, My love, my friend. I was over for Christmas at the Weasley house last week and Molly mentioned you were spending Christmas alone this year. Please don't let it be because of me Nymphadora. I know that the last time we saw each other we didn't leave on a friendlier note. I miss you Nymphadora, and yes I can hear you in my head now saying 'don't call me Nymphadora' but it's such a lovely and unique, just like you. Please know Nymphadora that wherever I am and whatever I'm doing I love you and I miss you my beautiful girl. ]
I love you my sweetheart, my angel, my love.
Please come for Christmas, I'll see you then.
All my love

A sob escaped my mouth. I sank down onto the floor clutching the letter to my chest. I stayed like that for an hour before moving. It was 21st of December. Still enough time to reply to Molly's owl. I grabbed a piece of parchment from my desk and wrote the reply.
Molly,
I would love to spend this Christmas with you; I'll be there as soon as I finish my auror duties. Don't bother saving me any Christmas dinner.
Thank you
Nymphadora Tonks
I attached the parchment to my owl and sent him off to the burrow. A smile found its way onto my face. I'll see you soon my love.
Thank you for reading. This just popped into my head when I was writing a chapter for one of my stories.
