ANXIETY
Without warning the world slows around me
My heart begins to race uncontrollably
Fear sets in
What is happening to me?
The feeling in my limbs start to dissipate
it's impossible to breathe
Am I dying?
Familiar faces abundant with concern
I can't make out what they're saying
The pounding in my chest more vigorous now
Someone help me
Hyperventilation takes the last breathe I can manage
Everything fades to dark
My first anxiety attack
