Here is a quickly done SasuNaru one-shot, also done for the same Naruto Forum. Its also short, but it gets to the point. Enjoy.
The night was young, the sun only setting a few hours ago. The purple blue sky radiating a glow that only a few people could appreciate. The air was cool and crisp, only the sound of nature heard. Well, nature and the bickering of two rivals. Who happened to be best friends. Who also, both happened to be in love with each other.
"Naruto, you are such an idiot! You screwed up my jutsu!" Sasuke says, irritated. A dull growl is heard in the back of his throat when saying Naruto's name.
"Well, if it weren't for you and your cocky attitude, we'd probably be able to work together easier!" Naruto shouts back, with a pout leaning towards Sasuke. Sasuke huffs and shakes his head.
"At least I'm not an annoying brat that everyone hates," Sasuke mutters shooting a glare towards Naruto. Naruto though, blinks, his eyes growing wide for a second, before glancing to the ground. Sasuke blinks and looks at him. "Whats wrong with you?"
"Nothing, its..nothing," Naruto says, glaring at Sasuke. Sasuke blinks and places a hand on his hip, twirling a shuriken around his finger.
"If its nothing, how about a quick little practice fight then," Sasuke says, raising an eyebrow. In reality it would seem that Sasuke didn't care for Naruto's feelings. But, it pained him to see his friend upset.
"Huh? Yeah, fine! But don't get mad when I beat you Sasuke!" Naruto says, perking up, pumping a fist into the air. Sasuke blinks and sighs, leaping back. Naruto does the same.
"Alright you idiot, begin!" Sasuke says, as he grabs a few shuriken. Naruto blinks and grins, making the hand signs for shadow clones. Sasuke blinks and glares slightly, activating the sharingan.
"Hah! Good luck Sasuke!" The clones yell, as they charge after Sasuke. Sasuke rolls his eyes and leaps over top of them, grabbing three kunai. After aiming, he throws them, but they slide past the real Naruto and get etched into a tree. "You missed!" Naruto yells, as the clones leap up.
"No, I didn't," Sasuke says smirking, as he throws three other kunai, past Naruto again, lodging into a few trees. "Wire." He lands in the mass of clones, as the real Naruto is flung back, tied together by the wire.
"Ugh! Sasuke, what the hell!" Naruto shouts struggling to get free, as all the clones start to disappear. Sasuke smirks and rises, walking over to Naruto, standing only about an inch away from his face. Naruto blinks, and stops struggling, his cheeks turning a light pink. "S-Sasuke?"
"Idiot." Sasuke says, before slamming his hands onto the tree, right beside Naruto's head. He then quickly leans in before Naruto could speak, and kisses him roughly.
So rough Naruto gasps, giving Sasuke an opening. Sasuke forces his tongue deep into Naruto's mouth, pressing his body firmly against Naruto's. Naruto lets out a light moan, his eyes wide. Sasuke, smirks within the kiss and pulls back, before crashing his lips back onto Naruto's.
Their teeth rub against each others causing a tingling feeling to go down both their spines, as Sasuke, finally drops his arms, and breaks the kiss. He smirks.
"S-S-Sasu..Sasuke..?" Naruto breathes, in a hushed whisper, his eyes wide, but filled with lust. Sasuke doesn't reply, instead he cuts the wire and turns around, walking away. Naruto falls to the ground, his hand shooting up to his mouth.
"See ya, loser." Sasuke calls waving, his back to Naruto, before he jumps into the trees. Naruto stares, then blinks, smiling lightly, blushing.
"Good bye, Sasuke," Naruto says, standing slowly, the sounds of crickets running through Naruto's ears. The stars above his head twinkle merrily, the sky now a navy black.
