The Slaves-1680 a.d.
Duo draged Quatre to the slave auction, He wanted to purchase the girl on the stage,she had dark brown/black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a ripped up brown dress, she didn't look right in the dress though, quite out of place. But
he didn't have any money.
*Author::Surprise, Surprise*
As the auctioneer began the biding the girl spoke her mind.
"Starting at 16,000. do I hear 16,000?"
"Is that all I'm worth??"
"16,000"
"You'd better not by me!!"
"I hear 16,000, do I hear 16,500?"
"16,500" Called Duo, raising Quatre's arm that held the little thingy with the number.
"OOOHHH!!! PURPLE EYES!! Wait a minute....Purple...Ack!! Xellos, Go Away!!"
"17,000"
"17,000 do I hear 18,000?"
"18,000, And my names DUO MAXWELL!!"
"WELL...HMPH!! What if I don't want to be bought??"
"Do I hear 19,000?....19,000....going once, going twice, Sold to number 3273 for 18,000 gold!!
She went down, her black hair bouncing happily, she had not gone with that other guy.
Next he pulled out a girl who looked as if she where noble, but was now, no doubt for
sale, she looked quite out of place, no sign that she had ever worked was visible. Her burgandy dress was just slightly off her shoulders and contrasted her hazel eyes. Her blondish brown hair was pulled back from her face.
"Opening at 200,000 do I hear 200,000??"
"200,000!!" Called the girl who had just been purchased, It seemed like fun.
"200,000, do I hear more??"
"210,000!!"then, getting caught up in the moment the boisterous you ng girl out bid her self "400,000!!"
"And Sold for 400,000 gold to number 3273!"

As the bidding for the next slave began the four of them began, the blonde girl walking respectivly 2 paces behind both Duo and Quatre, the other girl talking merrily, both he and Duo complaining of thier empty stomachs.
