"Bloody back seat driver" he muttered to himself, pulling the lever down hard.

"Oi! Watch it Spaceman!" her voice shouted from around the column.

"Wow, nothing wrong with your hearing, Donna"

"Of course not-hey!" her head peeked from around the column, a frown on her face.

"I have good hearing! Thank you very much!" she said, folding up her arms crossly.

"Mmmm, and what about that time when we were in that soundless chamber?" he mused, smiling at her.

"Oi! That does not count! Nor is that fair! I seem to remember someone repeatedly buzzing something in my ear!"

"Hey! We got out didn't we?" he retorted and she sadly nodded.

"Spose so." she agreed.

"Now if you're done being a back seat driver, would you care to accompany me to the doors?"

"Fine!" she joined him around the console, linking her hand with his.

Happily, he led her to the door where she pulled back for a moment.

"And for the record, I'm not a back seat driver" she said proudly, poking him.

"Are too!" he retorted, and opened the door to let her through.

"Are-oooo where are we?" she trailed off.

The Doctor smiled, and followed behind her. Works everytime.
