Spyro vs. Cinder
Chapter 3- Spyro Learns He's A Dragon
"Hurry Spyro, get behind this tree!" said Sparx. Spyro and Sparx were flattened against the tree like pancakes and all they could hear was the thump of their hearts beating. Thump thump… thump thump… thump thump… Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. "Please tell me that was your stomach Spyro" said Sparx. Spyro just stood frozen in place behind the tree like a statue. BOOOM BOOM BOOM! Spyro and Sparx heard huge footsteps coming there way. Sparx and Spyro started to run back to their home but the strange creature cut them off. "Help!" screamed Sparx as the creature scooped him up with his mouth and flew up in the sky. "
Let him go!" roared Spyro. Whoooosh! The dragon started flying down at what looked like the speed of light to Spyro. Bam! Spyro was knocked down by the creature's tail. "Hahaha a little worthless dragon" said the creature. Spyro's temper started to rise. "Let Sparx go and I wont hurt you" "Ha what's a little baby dragon going to do to me, poop on me to death?" said the creature. "Ha that's a good one hey when I get out of here maybe I could use that line on you Spyro!" said Sparx "shut up Sparx, and stop calling me a dragon, I'm a dragonfly" said Spyro "Hm pathetic a little dragon who thinks he's a dragonfly." Said the creature.
Spyro temper has rose so much he charged at the creature and head-butted it right in the stomach. "Oof!" said the creature the creature took in a deep breath and let out fire hitting Spyro in the foot and burning it badly. "Ouch that hurt, how you do that?" said Spyro. "You really are pathetic, I'm going to kill you Spyro right here in the woods and let the woods feast on you." Said the creature. Spyro started to puff and huff and soon he let out a huge line of fire so big that it scared the creature of back to where it came from.
"Whoa Spyro, how did you do that?" said Sparx. " I don't know, I just felt a rise of energy coming and I let out my emotions and there was the fire" said Spyro. Spyro was limping all the way they were walking. "Hey Spyro are you ok you look like your injured from that burn on your foot." Said Sparx. "Ya I'm fine I just need to go home and rest." Said Spyro. "Hey Spyro! I feel a serge of energy coming through me! It's coming! Farrrrrrrrrt!" Never mind its just gas. Sparx and Spyro reached there home and they told their parents everything that happened to them. "And then Spyro blew fire it was awesome!" said Sparx.
"I knew this day was going to come." Said Phillip. "What day?" asked Spyro? "Spyro, you're not really a dragonfly, you're really a dragon, a very important dragon, you see. Your real father Ignitus was killed protecting you in a war against Cinder and evil dragon. He sent you in a basket for us to get you and keep you until you were able to come back and kill Cinder. "Why didn't you tell me that I was a dragon from the start mom?" said Spyro. "We were afraid that you were going to be sad that you were different from us in to many ways." Said Sara. Spyro decided that he wanted to go and find he's real family so he left early in the morning leaving a note for his dragonfly parents telling him where he went.
