A/N: Well, hello everyone. This is a Victoire/Teddy oneshot that I wrote in class today :)
I know I should be writing „Reading The Philosopher's Stone" but I can't type at school, can I?
In this fic, Teddy is 9, Victoire is 7, Dominique is 5, Molly is 4, James and Fred are 2, Albus and Rose are 1, Roxanne, Lucy and Louis are newborns. Lysander, Lorcan, Lily and Hugo haven't been born yet.
WHEN WE'RE OLDER
"Ready or not, here I come!" yelled Dominique Weasley. three kids were hidden around the house, which happened to be the Shell Cottage, which was definitely bigger than it would seem. A careful observer would notice Molly under the table, James behind the curtains and Fred behind the door.
There was a small playing area for the youngest children. In it were Albus and Rose. The babies, Roxanne, Lucy and Louis were in they're cribs.
Teddy Lupin and his best friend, Victoire Weasley were eavesdropping on the adults, who were in the living room.
"Apparently, Seamus is dating Lavender now", said Victoire's uncle Ron.
"Really? I thought she was dating Anthony Goldstein", said Uncle Harry.
"Oh, come on, Harry, they broke up weeks ago! Anthony's dating Susan Bones now!"
"Well excuse me for not taking particular interest in Anthony Goldstein's love life" said Harry sarcastically.
"Your friends don't really seem the marrying type, do they now?" asked Bill, Victoire's dad.
"Well, I'm married" said Aunt Luna in a dreamy voice.
"Yes, Luna is married and Neville is married. They are the most important friends", said Aunt Hermione.
Teddy couldn't hear much, since Victoire was listening on the keyhole.
"Move over a little, Vic. I can't hear anything!"
"Don't push me, Teddy!"
"Move!"
Suddenly, the door opened and they fell through. Victoire pushed Teddy off and got up. All the adults looked amused.
"Did you need something?" asked Harry.
"Um, no, we wanted to…" started Teddy, but he was cut off by Victoire.
"Ewww!" she said, looking at Ron and Hermione, who had just kissed.
"What?" asked Ron, looking annoyed.
Teddy and Victoire both made grimaces.
"Why do adults kiss? I mean, all boys except Teddy have cooties!"
"And all the girls except Vicky are gross!"
Ron chuckled and said: "People who are in love kiss. Trust me, one day you'll want it too".
The two kids shook their heads and left the room. They walked to Victoire and Dominique's room in silence. Once they got there, they sat on Victoire's bed.
"I'm never going to kiss! Never, ever, ever, EVER!" said Victoire.
"Yeah, me neither" said Teddy.
They sat in silence for a few minutes, before Victoire said:
"Teddy?"
"Yes, Vic?"
"You know, I don't think I would mind kissing you once we're older".
"Yeah, when we're older".
They sat in an awkward silence a few minutes, before Teddy jumped up and said:
"Come on, let's go join everyone. I wanna play Hide & Seek!"
He grabbed Victoire's hand and dragged her out of the room.
