The Awakening
Di-gata Defenders: A powerful dragon is being woken by the Ethos. But they need a Wizard of Yan, pure of heart, to complete the ritual. Where will they find one at such short notice?
Disclaimer: I do not own Di-gata Defenders. This is set about five years after the Megealith was destroyed and before the Ethos came.
Chapter 1:
In a dark, dank cave, somewhere in Rados, there was a deep rumbling. It vibrated throughout the cave, sending small shock waves across the floor.
"It is starting to wake," said Darthos, leader of the Ethos. "But it still needs a Wizard of Yan to wake it fully. Then it can help us to turn Rados back into it's dark age, where it belongs!"
"But sir," his young apprentice replied, "I heard that all of the Wizard of Yan's had vanished. After the Megalith was trapped within the pure stones twenty years ago."
"Yes, Horno, they did vanish. But one stayed. She will be hard to capture but it can be done with great planning." Darthos answered Horno, his young apprentice.
"Than please may I ask who this Wizard is?" Horno asked, looking up at the hooded figure standing beside him.
"Yes you may Horno. This girl was brought up in a dojo which was hidden behind a forcefield. But when the binding of the Megalith had to be performed, she had to go and do the rebinding. But she didn't know what power had back then and she traveled with three more friends. They became the young Di-gata Defenders. They embarked on a perilous journey and this young Wizard slowly realized the power she had. Of course she couldn't control it at first so she had to go to the Pinnacle. They didn't rebind the Megalith, because of all of the dangers, but destroyed it instead. You know what we have been trying to do for the past five years, but soon we will have achieved our goal." Darthos replied.
"One more question, Sir." Horno pleaded, looking at his feet.
"Go on then, one more question," Darthos sighed.
"What is this girl's name?" Horno asked, not daring to look up.
"Her name is Melosa, or Mel for short." Darthos replied, looking down at the young buy standing beside him.
I know this chapter isn't very long but I will make them longer. I want at least one review before I update please and I will update as soon as I can after the first review.
