A/N: So I'm rewatching "X=Ben+2" and I finally found something for Z. I'm missing… I don't think I'm missing any letters after this except for U and I've got U planned out. Oh, X. Great... Here goes nothing.

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Zoo

"You know that zoo he threatened to put us in?"

Gwen looked to Kevin, eyes questioning for a long moment before she could recall the cage she had been thrown into alongside with the dark teen and her irritating dweeb of a cousin in his Alien X form. "The zoo? What about it?"

"I'm just thinkin'," he said, eyes glittering in the bright moonlight that rained in through the windshield, "that I wouldn't've minded bein' stuck in a zoo with you."

The redhead raised an eyebrow for a long moment, her glowing green gaze stuck on his ebony locks. "What are you talking about?"

"We would've been the last two humans, well, theoretically humans, in the whole entire universe." His obsidian eyes flickered to Gwen, taking in her beauty in the darkness. He liked the glow of her porcelain skin and the way her emerald orbs twinkled in the darkness. "We would've had our whole entire lives to just… exist." A quiet smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "I don't think I would've minded spendin' the rest of my life with you, ya know?"

"To just exist?" asked Gwen, putting her chin in her hand. "That would've been boring. Think about it, Kevin. Would you really like to live behind bars for the rest of your life?"

"I did it for five years," he commented, tugging on the wheel of the car to round a corner, getting the girl with the crimson hair back to her house. "I'm pretty sure I could last a while longer." His blackened gaze flitted back to the road ahead, the streets of Bellwood as empty as a ghost town; the only thing it was missing was the tumbleweed that would've rolled across the street.

Gwen sank into the seat a little bit more. Guilt ate at her for a bit as she realized that bringing up prisons with Kevin wasn't exactly the brightest idea. "But why would you do it again?"

"That's like asking me why I would give up a chance to spend more time with you." His muscle car came around a corner, quickly approaching the female Tennyson's house. "I like you, Gwen. A zoo for the rest of my life would be nothing as long as I wasn't alone like I was in the Null Void."

The scarlet haired girl silently sat there as the Levin boy pulled into her driveway. "Kevin?"

"Yeah?"

"I don't think I'd mind being stuck in a zoo with you either." She silently leaned over and pressed her lips to his soft cheek, noticing it heat up severely. And she could even hear his heart speeding up in his chest. When she pulled back into her own seat, she could see a smile splayed across his lips.

"Thanks, Gwen," he said softly as she pulled herself from the passenger side door and began making her way up to her front door to let herself inside. The girl waved back to Kevin before disappearing into her home.

Kevin suddenly felt lonely without her. He began to pull out of her driveway after making sure she was safely inside. "If we were in a zoo, you wouldn't have to leave me, now would you?" he mumbled to himself as he vanished down the street into the darkness; the last thing visible was the red glow of the break lights at the end of the road as he turned to head home.

A/N: I wouldn't mind seeing them in a zoo… They'd be awesome to see. And if they're the last humans left… Anyways, review! Please and thank you!
