Summary: Set in feudal era Japan. InuTashio is alive. So is Inuyasha's and Sesshomaru are mate's.

One day Kagome was sitting In Inutashio's study reading a book when she saw him struggling with his paper work. When she gazed at Sesshomaru he seemed to also be struggling with almost the same thing. So she place her book in her Kimono and walk over to see the problem it seems that the two Inus were havin trouble with math. To Kagome it seemed like a simple math question but the two youkai in front of her thought of it as a battle of wits. "May I be of any assistance?" ask Kagome.
"No Kagome these would be too hard for you too understand" said InuTashio though Sesshomaru thought better of saying so, for he knew his mate was from the future .But InuTashio did not. "Try me" said Kagome. So the Inu handed Kagome the math sheet and a couple of minutes later Kagome was done without a drop of sweat on her. "You see in my time, all children are schooled and educated for when they become grownups so they are able to provide for themselves and there children to come. This …" she said pointing to the sheet "is the most simple math ever created they are called times table. This one" she said as she pointed her finger to a question " is 125 x127 it equals 1475. And this one" she said as she pointed to another "equals 3,279.425." she said . One Inu sweat dropped while the other swelled with pride . After that InuTashio demanded that Kagome should tell him everything that he didn't alread know it took ten weeks to tell him, teach him and show it took two month fror him two understand. After that Kagome was allowed to read and borrow any book from InuTashio as payment of Kagome help.
