Teddy walked the five floor stairway up to Rose's apartment.
Didn't bother to knock on the door.
He found her in the kitchen.
"Did you just walk right in?"
"Yes."
He kissed her cheek. "What are you doing?"
"I'm making cinnamon buns. Could you give me the sugar?" Rose pointed at the small table.
"Why are you baking?" said Teddy when he passed her the bag of sugar.
She shrugged. "It's fun."
He sat down. Looked at her.
Smiled.
"How are you and Victoire doing…?"
Teddy grinned. "Fine."
Rose put a towel over the bowl. "She looked at me funny…"
