Hello, the story is back! YAY! Anyways, I got enough of the language down so I can use it in the story. As you can probably tell, this will be tenth walker, L/OC, marysue, and an AU. Oh and there are gay people in this story, so if you do not like stories with these themes, then don't read this!

-Oh and I do not own anything!

History of the Fairies

(This is only a summary of the whole thing, there are a lot more details that are left out. Like the fact that it was Greenwood later known as Mirkwood was the first to bring up the matter of the fairies being greedy little thieves, but everything will be more explained in the story.)
The Fairies are taller than dwarves but shorter than elves. Their wings seem like those of a butterfly and their beauty could rival that of the elves, their ears are pointier than theirs. Their hair is usually long and curly; it is always red, golden, or jet black. Their eyes range from, blue, green, soft brown, hazel, or blue-grey.

These marvelous creatures once lived in peace and harmony with the elves and all the other races of Middle Earth. For many years they all lived happy together, even if some elves disliked them. Then after the fall of Morgoth, the elves claimed that the fairies became thieves and decided that the fairies were to be relocated to the mountains of the far Northern wastelands. So the fairies were moved against their will and left to fend for themselves. The elves hoped that their wings would freeze (if the wings are frozen, then the fairy dies) and they would die. But much to their dismay the fairies moved quickly over the mountains and found nothing but dead waste lands. They, being very hopeful beings, set down to work. With the help of their magic they made a hidden valley of paradise.

When the elves asked them for help when Sauron came into power, the fairies said, simply, no. They said that they had no reason to help those who treated them so wrongly, when they did nothing but give them their full trust. So the elves grew angry and declared that the fairies would always be untrustworthy. The fairies said in turn that the elves would always be back-stabbing lairs.

The dwarves, men, hobbits, and all the other beings of Middle Earth, having loved the fairies grew even more distant from the elves. And continued to study their language, but then after many years the fairies became legends, and soon only the dwarves continued to study their language in hopes that one day those fairies would come back to shine in the darkest of times.
