Wario was riding around in the canyon just beyond Diamond City, looking for treasure as usual when he stopped on his trusted Wario Bike to spot Dry Bowser, noticing the skeletal reptile just waiting around.
Wario asked while adjusting his helmet, "Wah...? What are you doing here all by yourself, bonehead?"
Dry Bowser sighed as he turned his skull to face Wario. "Oh, I was just waiting. For the bus."
"...why are you simply waiting for something that won't come?" Wario asked once more as he picked his nose. "Why not just walk?"
"It's quite simple, really." Dry Bowser brushed back his red hair. "Because anything is possible, no matter how long it may take."
There was awkward silence as the sunset began to cast an orange glare across the canyon, with Wario stuffing his mouth with a garlic clove while Dry Bowser dusted off his bones.
"...So, you want a lift, or something?" Wario blurted out as he plucked some hair off his chin.
"I guess it's better than nothing." Dry Bowser remarked with a casual shrug as he climbed onto the back of the heavyweight bike.
The sunset gave way into the night as Dry Bowser hung onto the back of the bike while Wario drove on, with the fat load of muscles being curious as to what the reptilian skeleton was doing out here in the first place.
