The brown fur ruffled in the wind,as the wolf laid still in the snow around him.The white slowly shifting to a dark red.The wolf tried to move,his body fell limp, and the voices that seemed so far away were heard in a distance.He stared into the distance seeing a lady he once knew..
'Could it be her...'He thought remembering the old days he had spent with his master.Her warm smile made his heart race,but he couldn't move, as his eyes began to get heavier, and his breath's shorter.
'Could this be it...am I dieing.."A warm tear slid down his cheek, as his eye's closed.A final tear slid out, and his breath silenced.The lady who stood before him held her hand out to the boy.Finally they could be together...as he wanted with a human.
Tsume came running up to see him lying on the ground, as he touched his fur softly."I knew you would end up like this...risking your life to save a human."He said holding back the tears."Why couldn't you just listen to me kid.."He said before touching the fur one last time.
'Here at last, could this be Paradise.'
