Sex. That was all they ever really had together. Nothing but sex, plain and simple. Wade usually came to him, but sometimes Logan went to him. They weren't getting married, there were no declarations of love, it was all just sex. Sometimes though Wade would put on an outfit, and try to get Logan to participate in Sex games with him, but Logan never really got into that.
Logan wasn't really sure when it had changed, but things definitely had. He was being gentler with Wade, treating the other sweet almost like he would any other girl he spent the night with. Instead of the rough hectic sex they usually had, things started to slow down, and Logan began to savor every second of what had become their lovemaking.
Wade started coming to Logan's room for things other than Sex. Some nights they spent hours in bed talking and not having sex. Just talking, and holding each other. They talked about anything they could think of, well Wade talked, and Logan listened. Somewhere along the way Wade's voice became less annoying, and Logan had enjoyed listening to the assassin talk.
Logan had started doing things he normally wouldn't just for Wade. Like watching TV with the mercenary. Logan hated TV. He though it was nothing more than a talking box that people sat in front of to wait while their brains rot. But Wade loved it, and he watched practically every show ever made, except for maybe news and Scooby Doo, because the talking dog was really creepy. But Logan would sit through grueling hours of mindless television for Wade because it made him happy, which made Logan happy.
This change was noticed by everyone, in Team X. And soon Wade and Logan found themselves the butt of many crude jokes. But Logan didn't mind much because he liked the idea of them together, but mostly because no matter how embarrassing the joke Wade somehow found a way to turn back around on whoever made it.
Love was not something Logan ever thought he'd be able to have. All he knew was Victor his brother, the only man Logan had ever thought he could trust. Victor had his back and Logan had victor's. But like some kind of large insane asshole meteor (because really there was no other way to describe Wade) Wade had crashed down into Logan's world and completely shattered the only future Logan thought he had.
Logan may not be sure when exactly he fell in love with the illustrious 'merc-with-a-mouth' but he knew as long as he didn't hit rock bottom just yet he wouldn't mind at all.
