A/N: I know I have been gone for months. For once I acctually have a good reason as I have been extremely busy with school. Enough about my break from writing, I have decided to do a halloween fanfic slightly Tate Ii guess but not too much. I feel as though there have been no fanfics that I haven't read. So as I am writing this it is two day before halloween. Please leave reviews and tell me how to improve my writing and by no means am I claiming to be the owner of NCIS or the characters nor am I claiming to be an incredible writer so please leave constructive critisism. Also feel free to leave suggestions. Like I have said before I am British so some of the words I say they would not say on NCIS but I will try use as many American terms for words instead of British.
Halloween
"Hey Katie," Kate had just alked into the squad room and was greated by Tony. It was unlike Kate to be late to work so she looked to see if Gibbs was around. "how come your late? I though you were never late for anything." He finished his sentence and grined at his partner.
"Three things. One don't call me katie, two why does it bother you why I was late and three I am not normally late. Anyway where's Gibbs and McGee." She looked all around her to see if they were anywhere around. As she sat down at her desk after putting her things away she watch as Gibbs came back with one of his many morning coffees.
"you're late Kate" as soon as he sat at his desk his phone began to ring he looked at the caller id before answering "Gibbs, Ok I will be down in a minute Abs." Once Gibbs left agin it was just Tony and Kate.
A few minutes of complete silence had passed and it was driving Tony insane normally he would have got something to throw at Kate but decided against it, instead he got up and went over to her desk and sat on the edge of it. "So have you got any plans for halloween? I mean you probably have but you know thought I would ask." He said making her look up at him and go to say something but then she decided to not say anything.
She hated this time of year the team normally spent the night together watching horror movie whilst Abby scared any Kids that came to the door and tried to get others t do it with her. "Yeah I am going to Abby's again along with McGee, GIbbs, Ducky, Maybe the director and i thought that you were coming too."
"Yeah I am coming I just thought that I would ask you, I mean after all you have been through alot with the whole Ari thing and that. Are you ok with everything that happened with Ari I mean he held you hostage Twice he could of killed you." Anyone could tell how much Tony actually cared about Kate eventhough he denied it, they could tell that Kate cared about him aswell.
"Really Tony I am fine he didn't kill me and he barely touched me. Any way what are we going to do at Abby's this year I mean she made us watch so many horror movies last year and years before and as she has told us before she hates rewatching horror's because they become less scary."
"I have no idea what we will do or watch but I know one thing I am not dressing up again." They both started to laugh at the memory from last year when Abby and Tony went to answer the door to little kids whilst dressed up and scared the children.
A/N: I know it is short but I really could not be bothered to write anything long please suggest some good Tate Fanfictions or some that involve Kate because I really can not find any good ones that I have not read already. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I know it really is not good but you know I am busy and it was rushed. Quick question Do Alex and Nick (Season 15 characters) have a ship name and if so what is it? I am trying to broaden my range of fanfictions I read.
