Hera scanned the sunset with her eyes looking as a x-wing with green and yellow markings came down through the clouds. High above the green haired young man was crying and murmuring the word dad over and over again as he flew.

"Welcome home Ja- What's wrong?" Hera said rushing over to her son. Landing the ship he climbed out then collapsed on the ground.

"Dad, I saw dad." Jacen gasped out.

"Jacen you have to calm down and explain." Hera said calm on the outside but worried on the inside.

"My squadron was ordered to take out a pirate's fuel depot on Lothal, as we were fighting the defenses I felt something inside of me, tingling and I was doing maneuvers I didn't even think were possible. But when we got to the fuel depot, after we, after I fired on it, through the flames I saw a man standing on top of the pod pushing back the flames." Gulping back tears Jacen continued. "It was dad, it had to be, it was just how you told me it happened. It was dad and I killed him." Jacen said braking down crying again.

Turning her son to face her Hera said " Jacen your father died before you were born, before I even knew I was having you. There is no way that you killed him. What you saw, it must have been a vision of sorts."

"If only dad was still around, he could explain this." Jacen said quietly.

Hera's eyes grew large as Jacen turned around to see the glowing blue form of his father.

"I should never have left you and your mother . . ." Kanan paused "and Ezra wasn't ready for the burden I placed on him." Kanan's force ghost explained with tears in his eyes. "That's why I'm coming back, to marry your mother and raise you like I should have." Kanan said as his form grew more and more solid until he was standing there before them.

"Dad!" Jacen yelled running up to him, weeping tears of joy and throwing his arms around his neck.

"I'm home son, I'm home."
