The characters are based on my brother's and my characters in the online game. Any resemblance to real people/their characters is purely a coincidence, and I apologize if there is anything that would have offended anyone.

Disclaimer: I do NOT own Ragnarok Online.I only own my own character and my brother's characters belong to him.

He paced back and forth. Anxiety was overwhelming him. He glanced at the altar, but kept his gaze at the chapel's main entrance.

"You said you'll come, right?"

He clenched his fist, his knuckles turning white from the intense grip. In the heart of his palm, he felt the cold silver engagement ring, like a numbing piece of ice, cutting through his skin and bones.

"Diamond are not important, as long as you are here, with me…"

He peeked from the chapel's window; ran to the front yard for a better view; even climbed up the chapel roof for a full landscape view. He didn't mind if he ruined his brand new tuxedo, or messed up his neatly-styled lilac hair. He knew Kassad would berate him for spoiling such an expensive suit, and Shinji would not lend him his hair-styling gel again, but…

"Why I still can't see you?"

The clank of an object hitting the stone floor caught his attention. It fell from his belt when he descended from the chapel's roof. Slowly, he picked up the object, a multi-colored Phen Clip. It was this clip that saw him through the Wizard Test, passing with flying colors; the same clip that were their narrow escape and backup, the risky Ace in his deck of cards when they were facing danger. The token of their friendship, which blossomed into something more, when its owner chose to believe in him, even if others don't.

"You'll never lie to me, will you?"

Soon, it was sunset, as Night begun. In front of the empty chapel, he stood alone. Crystal tears, illuminated by the moonlight, glisten down ivory fair cheeks as violet eyes look up into the starry dark sky.

You'll never come… Never…

Smiling bitterly, a faint laughter escaped his lips amidst the tears. As a gust of wind brushed by, three figures stepped out from the shadows. Soon, the wizard found himself in a warm, tight embrace.

"It's OK, nii-san! Just cry your heart out if you felt like it!"

The blond assassin held his brother, who was now weeping.

"You still have us and the Thief Guild, Hattori-bro. We'll never ever forsake you, no matter what."

The brunette rogue joined the assassin and the wizard in a tight hug, calming his sad friend.

"Nii-chan never left us! So we will never leave nii-chan!"

The younger female assassin threw her arms around the older three, holding back a few tears and sobs. A minute, half an hour, the sobbing finally stopped. Swollen violet eyes met three other; violet ones, indigo ones and bright golden ones.

"Thank you, Shinji, Kassad, and Lycanara. Thank you."

"Let's go home now, ok?"

A silent nod confirmed the reply, as the four guild mates disappeared into the darkness.

Note:Another random idea, inspired by a picture on a calendar, of a small chapel surrounded by trees and wildflowers. As for all the characters, they are me and my brother's characters in MRO, not confirm if the account containing them still exist or not.
