Hey my name is John and this is the story of how I became the ultimate Ditto.
When I was about 9 years old my older brother Josh caught and sent it to me as a birthday present. It was the best birthday ever.
Ditto was my best friend when I was younger.
One day when we and Ditto were playing in the park, the neighborhood bully demanded that I hand over my Ditto because I was the only kid in the neighborhood with a Pokémon.
I said no and I got the usual response punches to the face.
After there was blood all over my face Ditto thought it was enough and transformed into a shield in front of me breaking the bully's fist. You wont believe how much trouble I got in because of that but he had it coming. That's when I got the idea that would revolutionalize Pokémon battles forever.
When I was 13 I decided to become a Pokémon trainer like my brother. Me and Ditto decided that we didn't need any other Pokémon to hold us down. You probably would think that was pretty stupid but it was true me and Ditto didn't battle like everyone else, we battled as one.
Instead of me sending him out and let him do all the battling we did the opposite. When I bring him out he usually transforms in a suit of armor and hammer so we don't hurt the other Pokémon fatally but we also have some surprises up our sleeves just in case.
Don't think it was easy to master this technique it took every day training and extreme dedication but we pulled it off.
As I was on Route 201 heading towards Sandgem Town to meet up with Josh, I heard a rustle in the bushes.
Thinking it was a wild Pokémon trying to challenge me I brought out Ditto. To my surprise it was a trainer looking for a battle.
Like I was going to skip my first battle.
I was really surprised that he pulled out a Staraptor, but he looked equally surprised when I brought Ditto out.
You should have seen the look on his face when I called "armor and hammer" and Ditto jumped and morphed at me.
It was an easy fit and happened pretty fast just like we practiced. The other trainer had a shocked look on his face and he had a good reason, one second he was looking at a trainer and his Ditto next a knight in shining pink armor (Were trying to figure out a way to change the color).
He asked "Are you sure you want". That's as far as he got, I had already gotten a direct hit on Staraptor. This wasn't a little love tap this was a full on swing, Staraptor flew straight towards its trainer, double KO.
With that I returned Ditto and was on my way to Sandgem Town.
