The fact that Kairi – Kairi, who only had eyes for you, the one who's smile, laugh, and outlook on life depended upon your emotions – she was the one who could see me through Ansem's body.
She had to tell you it was me.

You can't know that the tears you cried when you realized what… who… I was – those tears of joy or sorrow, I don't know which – they broke my heart. I wanted to cry with you, though I couldn't show it.
When we fought, side by side, and we defeated Xemnas – you can't know that I was watching your every move, memorizing the way your body works, and every aspect of your physical being.
You can't know how my heart was yours when you were willing to forgo every childish rivalry we've ever held – willing to let go of it all like I couldn't – to help me walk to the ocean when I was too weak.
You can't know that every moment we spent alone, I had to fight against the urge ot tell you everything – to risk it all.

But what you can know, what I'm willing to tell you, every day for the rest of my life – is that I love you. And as you lay next to me on this beach, covered in sand and our mingled sweat – as I stare down at your kiss-swollen lips, and realize that without you I'd be worse of than any Nobody… I am whole.
And I think you know that. Just like I think that you know everything else I'm not willing to tell you.
