The Window
A/N The beginning of this story is set in our world. The only thing is that there are wizards and witches as in the Harry potter books by J. K. Rowling.

Sirius jogged through the forest. He had to stay ahead of the wizards from the Ministry. Suddenly he stopped. He stared at something on a large tree. It was a perfect square of what appeared to be grass! 'It must be moss.' He thought to himself. Nonetheless he brought out his wand (in case he was ambushed) and reached out to touch the "moss". When he should have felt the "moss" he didn't so he stuck his arm in up to the elbow. He still didn't feel the "moss".
Suddenly, there was a loud noise and Sirius was knocked unconscious.

When he awoke he was in a forest but it was different than the one with the window. He sat up startled and realized the sun was setting and he could see the turret of castle in the distance.
A/N I know its kind of short but its only the first chapter! ;-)
