Usagi looked at the people around her. Her friends, her senshi, her protectors. And her ungrateful daughter and lover. The sixteen year old turned her gaze towards her child. "You were saying something Setsuna-chan?" spoke Usagi, who seemed to be dis-interested in the conversation to begin. "As I was saying, before you tuned me out, you and Endymion shall rule over crystal Tokyo for a little bit over a thousand years, before Chibi-Usa takes over for a good two thousand" stated the time guardian. Usagi pouted, she really didn't see why they needed to know this, but apparently it was important. "Did you hear that Usagi, I'm going to be a Queen longer then you are" boasted the pink haired child. Ami, the wisdom senshi frowned. "I thought that the moon people lived longer then that" she stated looking at Usagi. "They do, but… never mind" said Setsuna, turning away. "Pluto is something going to happen to Usagi?" asked Mamoru, moving closer to his fiancé. "It's nothing" said the green haired woman. Usagi sighed and turned to leave. "I need to go home, I have to clean my room, goodbye Minna" she said, waving over her shoulder
Several Hours Later
Usagi dropped on to her bed with a loud sigh. Who knew that cleaning one's room could take so long. "Usagi-Chan, there's some one at the door for you" Ikuko's voice echoed up the stairs. Usagi frowned, she didn't recall the door ringing. "Send them up" she called. She turned her attention back to her room, she really need to re-paint them, something without bunnies. Maybe a dark blue, with a light blue boarder. "Usagi-chan" The teen turned her gaze towards her door. In the doorway stood the guardian of time. "Hello Setsuna" said Usagi, ushering for her to sit down. She took a seat at her computer desk. "Usagi.. There's something I need to tell you" before she could speak any further, Usagi held up a hand. "I already know" she stated in a bored tone. Setsuna was surprised. "You do?" The teen nodded. "I've known since I was born who I would be come"
"Princess, doesn't that make you"
"Sad, why would that make me sad Setsuna" Usagi's curiosity was captured. Setsuna's smile turn into a frown. "But Princess you surely know the curse that comes with becoming Sailor C-" Usagi interrupted her again. "I know the curse that comes with being Cosmos" she said in a hush tone. "But princess you mustn't want that fate" said the time senshi, standing up. "What to be immortal? To live forever and be destined to guard the cosmos, to fight with chaos over and over?" Usagi stood up as well. "Just because you detest your fate, does not mean that I as well shall" Setsuna got frustrated. "How could you want to live forever, to never die! Usgai-Hime you'll regret it, we all regret the curse of immortality" At that moment Setsuna seemed older then she looked. "If I can protect the star seeds and stop chaos from reigning , then it's a price I'm willing to pay" The woman sighed. "But what if you do regret it, hime?" she asked in a small voice.
Usagi flashed her the biggest smile. "If I ever forget, all I have to remember you, my friends, my family, my mother, and then I can carry on again. As long as I have memories of you, I will shine" The teens bright attitude sent warm sensations down Setsuna's back. "You don't need to worry, I'll never forget why I do what I do, now lets get some cookies, my mom makes the best ones" As Usagi left the room she didn't hear the time senshi. "I hope you don't hime."
