My name is Dimitri Belikov. I'm a Russian guardian from Baia, Siberia. I was transferred to America to bring back two runaways from St. Vladimir's Academy. Their names are Princess Vasalisa Dragomir and her dhampir friend Rose Hathaway. I still couldn't figure out how these two girls got out of the academy and hid for two years without being found. Two days later I figured out where they were and tracked them down in Portland Oregon. Headmistress Kirova had me and 11 other guardians to retrieve these two girls and I thought it was ridiculous to have so many guardians to get two teenagers the queen didn't travel with this many guardians. I was standing near the campus that they were staying at when I heard a scream and I looked up to the window and heard Rose telling Vasalisa to wake up a few moments later I saw a light turn on and there were the girls. Rose was breath-taking she had tan skin, brown hair that looked black, and eyes that were a soft brown. When Rose spoke her voice was like silk and she was telling the princess that it would be okay. Then what she said next was surprising she asked, "When did we last do a feeding?" I realized that they wouldn't have had a feeder because it would have been recorded. What she did next was shocking she moved her hair out of the way and exposed her neck to Vasalisa. Vasalisa hesitated for only a few moments and drank from Rose. The princess looked at Rose with concern and Rose lay down and the princess went to get Rose something to eat. The gray cat jumped up onto the windowsill and puffed out its fur and Rose stumbled to the window and looked out. All of the sudden she jerked back and disappeared and I noticed that I revealed my hiding spot. I told the other guardians and we proceeded the plan. I had some of the others case them while I ran just ahead of the girls and ten feet from the car I stepped in front of them and Rose jerked Vasalisa back behind her "leave her alone" Rose growled "don't touch her". I stepped forward and raised my hands in surrender and said "I'm not going to" apparently I stepped too close and she attacked me. I blocked her and she was sent backwards and falling towards the concrete and it looked like it would be painful so I grabbed her to steady her. I saw the wound that was on her neck she seemed to notice that I was staring at it and she shook her hair and hid the wound. I let her go and she braced her body to attack me again but Vasalisa stopped her by saying "Rose don't" in a calm voice when I saw Rose sag in defeat I stepped forward and bowed "My name is Dimitri Belikov I've come to take you back to St. Vladimir's Academy, Princess.
